Our charger has broken after a year and there is no phone number after days of email we haven't got anywhere such poor aftercare!! Would deffo look for something with better customer support/aftercare as this has been appalling so disappointing.

Great product. It looks great and I’m totally pleased with it. Perfect size and high quality look and finish. Connecting to wi-fi was super simple and the S&P app is clear and easy to use. Quick delivery. Helpful communication.

Although there was a delay in delivery due to issues with component supplies we were kept up to date and the delay was minimal

Took 2 weeks to receive my order. There was no communication on any dekays until I contacted S&P to ask where my order was after waiting for 2 weeks. They advised there was a delay in manufacturing, which is fine but commuate that to your customers. After my inquest into my order it was delivered the next day, which is the reason ive upped my rating to 3 stars.
