"Poor After Sales"

I looked at reviews for Power Start Bikes which looked excellent before purchasing my brand new Fantic Caballero anniversary 500.Everything went well until my Fantic developed an oil leak from the oil sight glass.I talked to Power Start Bikes who assured me the warranty would cover Everything.I would just need to travel 70 miles to the work shop and leave my Bike while the work need is carried out.A few days later I receive a call from Power Start Bikes saying that Fantic uk won’t replace the leaking oil sight glass as they had found some marks on the clutch end case.I said this is impossible as all the Bike is in mint condition and i have photos with time and place stamp of the case before Power Start bike started work showing clutch end case in perfect Condition with leaking sight glass.the dealer then says it must have been damaged in the post to Fantic uk.I managed to contact Fantic uk to clarify what the dealer had said. Fantic uk said that there has never been a claim on my bike’s warranty .And when i mentioned Damaged in the post they said what post?I have brought Fantic motorcycle as far back as the 1980’s but the after sale’s experience from this dealer has been disappointing to say the least.

I was looking for a particular Kalkhoff ebike with hub gears and just about every online supplier had none in stock even though they appeared on my Google search. The few that had them had either xs or xl frames. A member of staff was very helpful and measured the height of the saddle from floor to upper surface without which I wouldn't have known whether to order s or l frame size. Better still the bike was on offer at about £300 less than average with free delivery. Thank you Powerbikes!
