Horrible customer service and charged my credit card two times. I booked online and reserved for $345 and got a email from them to call about my reservation. Called and told that the flight charge changed and had to charge me $45more. I agreed and then they billed my credit card an additional $385 and insisting that I never booked a flight online. I called my credit card company and had to file a fraudulent charge and freeze my account. Such horrible customer service. And liars

This ticket site will have you purchase a ticket and then call you and try and force you to buy another ticket for more money instead, telling you the ticket you bought is no longer available.
I have a health condition, I pick my tickets for a reason, I had to have a very heated argument with their operator as to why I wanted this ticket and they kept saying that the ticket they were offering me instead was better and only 180 dollars more, which is a lot, especially for a national flight.
I did not waver so they had to give me the original ticket, but this is ridiculous, and it targets vulnerable people. This method needs to be shut down, how is this not a scam? By the end of the conversation they gave me 3 different other ticket options, different days, more expensive with connections and I just kept having to say no, what waste of time. You give them your credit card information, and then you're suppose to feel comfortable about this? It makes me so mad because these type of sites have stressed out my parents when all they were trying to do was go see their grandkids. I can't even give them more than one star, I would rather give them zero stars, because even though I got my original ticket, I had to fight for it for a good 15 min phone call.
