Compré 3 boletos el 1 de febrero 2025. Pedí que me agregaran 1 maleta documentada en mi regreso y me enviaron el recibo agregando ese cobro. Mi sorpresa al hacer el check in para el vuelo es que no me agregaron la maleta, pedí ayuda y solo me dijeron que yo tenía que pagarla en el aeropuerto, ni me solucionaron nada, pedí que me enviaran el recibo con el detalle de lo que me cobraron pero no lo hacen solo me dicen que debo llamar pero en llamada tampoco me resuelven. Pésimo servicio, cobros ocultos, nada confiable , no los recomiendo.

After waiting over 10 hours for tickets, I sent them several emails but received no replies. In the chat, they proposed raising the price for items over $700. Upon my refusal, they requested that I wait for an additional hour. I have been waiting for nearly 24 hours, and I still have not received any results.
