At first I wasn't happy because i have not received a check-in on my email so the representative ( olympia )told me it was a $7.99 charge just one. She probably realized i was getting upset when she return back from doing the check-in on her end she gave me a return one as well for one price only. Just little things goes a long way I was contant.

"We couldn't get the rate quoted on the site."
We requested a booking for our flight at the rate quoted on the site. We signed in to get an extra $100 off the price. Then about a half hour later, we were asked to call them. When I called, they said the rate was not available for that flight. I was given a new rate that was about $480 higher. That was still better than any other flights I could find, so I accepted the new rate. I asked about the $100 off for signing in and got a no from the rep. It was frustrating.
The issue was resolved.

"I was finally able to have my booking confirmation "
I was finally able to have my booking fully confirmed. I made the original booking at 6pm and now it is 4:45 am. During that time I spent almost as much time on the phone with cheap tickets as I have sleeping. I will admit that at one point my credit card company denied the charge and I quickly authorized the charge. When I called this morning I waited 45 minutes got no answer so I called the other number and they answered quickly. I was told that the boarding pass would be emailed one day before the flight. I called another number and Nicholas directed me to the airline website a told me where to see their confirmation so I feel much more confident because of that.
