"Company canceled my order after a week"
Ordered a sink a week ago and have recived no information about the order (besides conformation) until today. The email I got was for a refund with no explanation as to why the order was canceled. Company should at the very least provide some sort of explanation.

ordered faucet valve 8 days ago. Only automatic email acknowledging purchase. No email indicating order status. I emailed inquiry, no response. I called, on hold one half hour. Customer service rep said my order had been processed but could not give me a tracking number or estimate of arrival. He transferred me to another number which went to voicemail, I left a detailed message but no response.

Company advertised that they have free shipping to Canada... Accepted the online order with free shipping for a towel warmer stand.. However called me after couple of days asking extra for shipping costs . Ended up canceling the order

I went web searching for a towel rack for our Master Bath. The look is stylish, and the price was right. I am so happy that I found DecorIsland for this product. Easy to assemble and looks awesome in shiny chrome. Love this!

"faucet order"
I order 2 faucets from your company, when they were a no show I called to find out where my order was. I was told they had been back ordered. Then I was transferred to another customer service rep. who told me he had contacted the manufacture who, had advised him that they had my faucets in stock now and they could be order and mailed directly from there location. He advised me to cancel my order and do a re order and he would have it sent to me. They should arrive by the 28th of April. No faucets so, I called only to be told that they had been back ordered until the end of May. This customer rep. said he did not see any order directly from the manufacture, he didn't understand why I was told they would order them directly for Pfister. I canceled the order again and took my business to another company who has sent me my faucets.

I was able to find the relatively rare filter for my water system easily on the website. It was delivered about two days later, without paying additional fees for the service. It is now installed.

"Bait and Switch"
Ordered a shower arm. It is a specialty item that is brass with a brushed nickel finish. Their price was very competitive and they had it in stock, which was a huge plus for me.
2 days later they emailed and called saying that they needed to 'verify my order'. When I spoke with them, they told me that the item was in fact not in stock. But they had a chrome one - could I use that???? (are you kidding??) When I said no, he asked if he could send me an 8 inch one - mine is 18 inches. (again, are you kidding?? If I had wanted chrome or shorter, I would have ordered that)
Then they billed me on 3/20. Two weeks later, on 4/3, I finally asked about the status. They told me it was due to ship on that Friday, 4/3. As of 4/7, I have no shower arm, they still have my money, and I have no shipment notification.
This is duplicitous at best. How many others have they used the old bait and switch on? Never, never again.
