"GREAT IF YOU HAVE AN EXTRA WEEK!"
i don't know why i didn't check the reviews first, but now am glad i didn't. i placed an order for a delta faucet and a soap dispenser on a tuesday, their prices are much better on the delta products than i would find anywhere else on the internet. a couple of hours later it occurred to me to check their reviews. all in all they were not great. so i had a nervous week, talking to their sales rep, mark, several times. he assured me the items would be shipped out by thursday. they were not.
finally on monday mark was able to give me the tracking number. they had been shipped out on saturday, so they arrived on friday. they got the order correct. i was able to save many $$, so i am grateful for that. but it was a very nervous week for me, but if you have an extra week and nerves of steel, i would recommend them.

"Frustrating Cancellation Ordeal"
I have extensive experience with internet ordering and until this incident with DecorIsland had been 100% successful with easy, expedient and more than satisfactory service from any company I've done business with. I should have heeded negative reviews posted on NextTag!! DecorIsland employs the practice of requiring customers to call to "verify" orders before they will be processed. This is an attempt to pressure customers to purchase insurance or additional items. Despite having read the cautions, I took a chance on ordering because the item I wanted had been difficult to locate elsewhere. It turns out that a few days after placing the order I did find the item somewhere else, so responded to the "verification" call that I wished to cancel the order. Within a week, I received the merchandise from the other vendor but, unfortunately, it arrived damaged. However, a prompt refund was issued, including shipping charges and I was able to order from yet another vendor and again received the item within about a week, this time in perfect condition. In the following several weeks, DecorIsland called twice more to "verify" the order. Each time I responded with the request that the order be canceled. Then I received an e-mail attempt to "verify" the order, to which I replied with yet another request for cancellation. Following that, I received a voice message apologizing that I am "so angry" and assuring me that the order would be canceled. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and today, I received another e-mail asking me to call to "verify" the order so it can be processed. This experience has transpired over two months and I find it exasperating to deal with. I can't believe that the company persists in attempts to process an order I have repeatedly requested to be canceled. The only positive factor is that my credit card has not been charged so my annoyance is, thankfully, limited to my inability to get through to the company that I have no desire to do business with them.
