"Worst CRM software i've ever used"

Worst software i've ever used. Basic CRM functionality is utterly unusable.

Never heard of this company until they took money out my account.
Obviously they are not very secure if they allow fraud within the system they run.

Fonctionne très bien depuis 3 ans, du excel++ avec énorméméent de fonctionalités. Dommage qu'il ne soit pas possible de prendre le plan entreprise meme si on est seul, il faut avoir un minimum de liscence pour ca alors que le plan le plus élevé permet de débloquer des options indispensable. Mais pour ca il faut des dizaines de licence ce qui n'est pas mon cas malheureusement

"Complete Scam - Don't waste your time"

When I signed up it literally said "monday.com is free and will always be free" and then a couple weeks later it locked down all my data and said my trial was over. I did a bit of googling and, of course monday.com is headquartered in Israel... classic bait and switch Israeli scam company. It's not the first time one of this sh*tty companies convinced me to use their service, but my god it's going to be the last. What a waste of time.

This is basically a glorified excel with less options to automate and anything outside that has an extra cost. It's extremely buggy and loading time is huge. We used to be on ClickUp and that was 10x times faster, if anyone is ever considering moving to Monday might as well consider using Google Sheets instead.

Shocking customer service for enterprise customers.

Pushed to days of email communication from their email only tech support. Costing our business £000's due to unannounced maintenance periods that are actually downtime and caused many bugs in their APIs.

500 errors on APIs. This is my 3rd day trying to get a meeting with someone to express the issues and business disruption we are experiencing. Our head of engineering previously flagged the same issue 3 weeks ago with no resolution from their technical team.

If you want to use this for anything enterprise, stay away, as Monday.com is no longer a reliable solution.

Venu par curiosité essayer l'outil, j'ai essayé de me désabonner de leur communication tant elle était intense et régulière.
Impossible de se désabonner malgré des courriers au Sav et DSI.

Tous les jours des mails pour proposer leur solution.
Insupportable
