George was great, polite & helpful, but i think our call was dropped so in not sure if my seats were booked or nit. I was surprised when he told me i was not yet booked in as I'd just done it on line. I was calling for help requesting a gluten feee meal on my transatlantic flight; sadly, George said he couldn't help. Our call was cut off before i could ask about that again.
