what made my experience so great? well I must say that the agent that I spoke to this morning...cant remember his name but i think it was liam...was probably one of the most helpful agents that i have ever dealt with, i am 80...have memory issues and he made things so much easier for me by being patient without being condescending. He double checked in helpful ways and i have exactly the departures that i wanted, especially since i am traveling over a long weekend!!!
