"DO NOT LET THIS COMPANY STEAL YOUR MONEY."

Ordered on December 12 and money was taken right away. It is now January 29 and have not received items ordered. Tried live chat on website and it refers you to an email address. Emailed and have not received a reply. I have an order number and when I track it says the number is not a good number. This company has pretty much stolen my money. My next move is to report them to BBB, Federal Trade Commission and any pet platform that I can post to.

Ordered my item in mid December and still have not received it at the end of January. Sent numerous emails to them and they still won’t provide a legit tracking number or estimated arrival date. I have concluded they are a scam. Disputing the credit card charge due to this fraud. Stay away from this company.

I ordered my dog a jacket over a month ago. Nothing received, no updates, nothing. Please don't ever order from this company.

"Broke on 3rd use! Dangerous for animals!"

It took a month to receive this item. The straps broke on only the third use, with our small 3 month old puppy inside on a bike ride. He could have been seriously injured or killed. Terrible quality, buyer beware!

"Scam company"

Ordered dog jacket Jan 3 & paid by Paypal. Today is Jan 28 and it still hasn’t arrived. Customer service dud send a reply to my email providing tracking info. When I click on the link the date keeps getting moved further out. I believe its a scam.

I ordered a jacket for my dog over six weeks ago, it has not arrived and petyfy won’t even answer my emails.
So a few days after I posted this I got an email saying that they don’t know where my package is but they were going to give me a complete refund but I haven’t heard from them since.

I ordered a waterproof coat for my border collie puppy. I ordered 2XL figuring she would grow into it. She is 6 months old and her chest is now 24 inches. The coat is too small! Looks like a decent coat but it doesn't even fit her now......

Petyfy has to be a fraudulent company. As I ordered two products on December 27th. They charged my credit card and stated the items were shipped. Nothing has been received and their customer service does not answer emails or answer phone calls. Very upset about this company. Will never use again and will warn others about this company.

DO NOT order from this company. They charged my account and two months later, no word, updates, response to my inquiry on when dog jackets would arrive. SCAM company -- I'm not going to order anything I see on FB or Insta accounts again. Thankfully, PayPal refunded my money. BUYER BEWARE.
