DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!! Ordered on 12/31/20 and they had no problem taking my money and then never sent the product. I have E-mailed 3x and I get no replies. Save your money and go to a local petstore. I believe this is a scam company!!!

I ordered a dog coat on 12/25/20. I followed their size chart, and the one that arrived on 1/13/21 was for a very small dog- not a standard poodle as I was expecting. I follwed their return instructions and filled out a form- got a form letter response on 1/14. On 1/23/21, I got a form letter response saying I could get a replacement or a full refund. I asked immediately for a full refund. They have not responded- I have now sent 3 more emails to their office asking for an update, and they never respond. This company keeps sending sales emails, but does not hae the courtesy to straighten out their mistakes. Noo professionalism. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Never ever buy anything from this company, please! We placed an order weeks ago but nothing happened. Nothing shipped, nowhere to cancel, nobody at customer service, but ads emails every day.

SCAMMERS!!! Placed an order that was acknowledged on 12/29/20. Money was debited from my account. Never received item and company has not responded to multiple emails...phone number provided takes you to a dead end. Shame on the social media platforms who allow scammers to advertise. I never received my order. I sent 5 emails with no response. This company should be put out of business. I will get my money back one way or another. Cheaters!!!

This firm is a scam. Purchased a waterproof coat for my dog on Dec. 23, 2020. They charged my credit card on Dec. 25, 2020. No product delivered. Asian shipping Co. never received pkg to ship. Today is Jan. 29, 2021. They promised a refund and after 1.5 months of constant hounding, finally received my refund on Feb. 16th. They are dishonest and do not even deserve one star. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, EVER!

I am reiterating many more in stating that this company appears to be a scam! It is incredible that they ask for reviews but will not respond to repeated emails and inquiries regarding items charged and not shipped! And there is no way to reach them by phone! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Do not order from them. They will rip you off! I ordered my items on 12/24; they took my money. It's 1/29, and they never arrived. I have called, emailed and tried chat and cannot get through to anyone. I am so upset!
