"It’s nothing but a scam website"

It’s nothing but a scam website. I placed my order in December 2020 and never received it. The response was the mail service was slow. I have submitted 3 emails to ask for a refund, as of May 1,2021 I still have not received any response. I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed my order.

"Good product but horrible customer Service."

I ordered December 2020 after measuring my dog several times and received the product, a Large, 2 weeks later but it was too small. I gave it to my neighbors dog who it fitted. Why would I think my 11 Lb dog would wear an Extra Large? But after emailing customer service I ordered an Extra Large in January 2021. Have not received it. After many emails and a failed call to customer service I have resolved to the fact that I will never get my order. The tracking number I was given is not a valid number per my local Post Office. The really sad part of all this is the product is well made but the sizing is all wrong. I’m filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

"Didn't receive my product"

Ordered a dog backpack in Jan and didn't receive the product. Emailed them multiple times and haven't heard back from them. Don't order from them.

"Scam company"

Scam company. Website looks legit but there is no customer service and the product I ordered in December 2020 hasn’t arrived as of April. I saw other shoppers left reviews on the product saying shipping was slow and customer service never responded. Should have listened to them. Shipping tracker they emailed me was in Chinese. Every time I checked, it said the order was being prepared for shipping from China. Status never changed. No response to emails. I paid through Paypal and filed a complaint. Paypal attempted to contact Petify to resolve the issue. No response so Paypal refunded my money. Pretty sure this is a Chinese scam company.

"Ordered in October"

Ordered last year. Never received item. Customer service advised they would issue a refund as the item was no longer available. Never received the refund. Contacted customer service several times. They no longer will respond. Just lost my $31.99....total scam....

"Complete and total scam"

Same experience as everyone else. Order items totaling almost $100 and they stated they would provide a full refund and nothing ever happened. Tried calling the phone number on the email and they say they're keeping all of their customer service reps safe from Covid so no one can answer. BIG SCAM!!!! Trying to file complaint on BBB. Do not order anything from this store. SCAM.

This is a scan site. Did not get the dog jacket. Not the refund. Lost the money. Do not buy from them.

"I ordered dog jacket from Petyfy, promised to wrong fix size, still NO Jacket"

I ordered a dog jacket from Petyfy on Dec 21, 2020 as it is a WINTER jacket. I finally got it on 1-13-21, it was WAY TOOOOO SMALL. I sent message to Petyfy on 1-17-21, trying to do a return with free shipping label. Petyfy Support Team responded on 1-24-21 apologizing for sending wrong size, and told me they will replace item at no cost for a larger size. I immediately responded on 1-24-21, asking for bigger size (need 4XL). It is now 2 1/2 months later, still no larger size jacket. I sent f/o emails on 2-3-21, 2-13-21, 3-13-21 with NO response. It is now Spring, no use for jacket. However, I still want the jacket. UGH!!!

If I could give this company a zero I would. Ordered a jacket, heard from this company 2xs and was promised a refund. Haven’t heard a thing since. NEVER ORDER FROM THEM!!! 🤬🤬
