Thieves😡 I ordered in December 2020

Not even worth one star!!! It never came and as I read the reviews I started to think it is a huge scam!!! They kept making up different excuses, now I am trying to get a refund!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡

No stars at all, big scam after our last email where they agreed to refund my money for the mdse. never received (waited more than 2 months), contacted my bank and not even they can help me with this situation. I lost my money!

I have not received my order and have tried to contact twice now with no answer. This site is I think a scam. Do not order anything.

I placed my order on Dec 28th, 2020. Three months later I have not received anything. I have emailed them, no reply, no refund, no customer service.

This company is a scam. Ordered a backpack in Jan. E-mailed about the status beginning of March. No word from anyone. Super disappointed. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. The website isn't even operable anymore.

The backpack was delivered weeks after it was ordered. It smelled and still smells toxic. Chemicals used in making this backpack caused me to have a very stressful respiratory reaction. I wouldn't allow my dogs to even go in the backpack for their health and safety.
Horrible product, do NOT buy!

Not even worth one star. TOTAL SCAM. Ordered vest fall of 2020 and never received product. Was constantly assured was in its way. Then got to the must be lost in mail stage. Then the unfortunately that product is no longer available. Asked for a refund and was told no problem. Currently March of 2021 and no refund either. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SCAMMER.

"Ordered a dog backpack in November 2020"

Ordered a dog backpack in November. No product delivered. Phone number inactive. Email worked and I received a reply offering me refund or product in February 2021. 3 weeks later, no refund and still not product. Email also changed. Marj is on support team but clearly there is not support and feel this is a scam. Sad to see this and how people can continue to scam.
