I agree with everyone that posted. Ordered a jacket and got it no problem, reordered another and never received the purchase. I am disputing the charge since there is no way of getting in touch with the company now that their website is down. Avoid all products offered on Facebook....most are a scam.

Worst company EVER!!! Never order from them it is a scam I spent a lot of money and I can't get a refund and I never received over $100 worth of items. The phone number doesn't work and NO response on email. Worst experience EVER!!

I ordered a backpack Jan 5th and after contacting them several times, they said they would refund Feb 28 but it is now March 10th and I have no product nor my refund! I checked the website and it’s not even active anymore, BEWARE they are scammers!

Took my money, never received item. Unable to get in contact with company. My emails were never answered. Don't buy from this company. They are a rip off!

IM with every review posted so far. As others I ordered in December, a dog nail trimmer and a coat from this co. Received the trimmer, but not the coat . Sent numerous emails and called phone is no good they finally after 6or7 emails I got y refund but not till after I called better business bureau. So my advice to all who ordered from this co. Turn them in to your AG office

I ordered TWO dog jackets in December and in late February I sent an email to the company and like others received an initial response telling me that my package was "lost in the mail". They offered refund or to re- ship my order. I opted for that but they have not responded to any further emails to confirm ! I'm going to dispute the charge with my credit card company! Also the phone number in the email they sent me doesn't work!
