"If you value your watch don’t send it here!!!"

Paid upfront for a simple battery and seal replacement to my ladies Omega Seamaster early November 2024. Five months later still no watch.

If, and that’s a big if, someone picks up the phone they try the ‘still awaiting the seal’ fob off. Promise someone will call back etc (they never have).

Waited on the line for nearly 30 minutes again today … to no avail. E-mails are not answered either.

I have never waited more than a week for a battery and seal replacement before … yet these shysters still haven’t completed the work?!?

Five months later, I am very concerned about the safety of my watch.

"AVOID"

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID. Treat this company like they have the plague.
I sent my Rolex to them for a service on 13th Septembe 2024. It is now 9th April 2025 and I still have not had my watch back.
They quoted me £573 and it would take 12 to 15 weeks. It is now 30 weeks.
They seldom answer e-mails and when they do they always say that there is a delay in the service centre.
They also never answer the phone.
I am now in the process of filing a report with the City of London police and Trading Standards. Beware of the good reviews on here. They are all fake.

Excellent service - I had my 1979 Rolex serviced, polished, new glass, extra link and a valuation. It took a while but I was kept informed about sourcing parts for this vintage watch. Watch looks great.

Scott and Sam both served me today and they were both really helpful. Went in to change the battery on my husbands Tag watch and they managed to do this in 15 minutes. Very happy with the service.

OMEGA Switzerland told me that they would not repair my watch!!
It has been there before. No reason given.
Simply not good enough. Diabolical service.
