I had sent my watch in and paid for a service which could not be completed due to supply issues from Breitling. My watch was promptly returned, however nothing was heard in relation to my refund. To date I have messaged most days chasing up what should be a simple bank transfer. I have had some replies assuring me that the refund 'will be actioned' but here I am eighteen days later still waiting. I am now concerned that this company may be experiencing financial difficulties as there really cant be any other reason for the delay. My experience has not been a good one and I urge you to think before sending in your precious possessions and paying this company your hard earnt cash.

Very pleased with the service overall, would be slightly more so if the turnaround time had been shorter.
