Bad to worse.
Further to my review updated in February this year in which I explained my terrible experience with this company, I am here reporting that they have completely ignored their promise to send me a partial refund for the bad treatment I had. This was promised in December 2024 and it is now April 2025. How can they renegade on a promise having kept my watch for repair for one year?!!! Simply awful!!!

The package to put the watch in arrived the day after . Postage all sorted for you , send a picture of the watch as soon as it arrived with them and watch repaired and sent back the same day !!! Had my watch back the day after .... will be using for every watch repair in the future . Fabulous service!
