"These guys are great"

These guys are great, a fraction of the cost of going to a main dealer, and so easy to use. They send you a secure packet to send your watch off (all insured), stay in regular contact and do the work quickly and to a high standard, before securely returning your watch. I can’t recommend them highly enough

"My experience of using LWR"

This was my experience of using Luxury Watch Repairs:
1. On 17th October 2024 I paid £688.80 for a full service of my Cartier Roadster watch.
2. On 11th January 2025 I received my watch.
3. On 18th January 2025 I tried to set the time on my watch but the hour hand was stuck.
4. On 20th January 2025 I emailed LWR to let them know that my watch had stopped working.
5. On 22nd January 2025 LWR emailed to say that they were “sorry to read of your disappointment” and that my watch would be “passed to a watchmaker as a priority and we look to complete all warranty work within 2 weeks”.
6. On 28th January 2025 LWR confirmed receipt of my watch.
7. On 24th February 2025 I was sent a quote for £628.20 for a full service of my watch. Although I had used the LWR-provided postage pack to return the watch, LWR explained that “As the watch was received without a covering note, the watch was booked in for a full inspection, which has resulted in an estimate being produced in error.” Still, £628.20 to service a watch that had just been serviced by LWR?
8. On 14th March 2025 I emailed LWR to ask when my watch would be returned. I didn’t get a reply.
9. On 29th March 2025 I received my watch.

As at 4th April 2025 the watch is still working.

The staff members who assisted me were very kind and explained the process in detail. They also informed me of the procedure which in my case was more complex than anticipated. This is exactly what is needed for a watch it is more than a watch for me since it brings so many good memories!

Just received my Tag Heuer watch back all repaired and working great again. I was instructed that it would take 19to24 weeks to be repaired, thankfully the repair was done a lot quicker. This is the second time I’ve used this company and would recommend highly.
