Gray and Kevin did an excellent job sorting out the rebuilding of a small cardboard door. Their efforts in cleaning the stairs and rolling the dust sheets are commendable. It would have been better if they could cut a small hole in the cardboard door to let me turn on or off the shower switch.

I dealt with the Sales Manager, Roger Farr, when considering the purchase of a property on Croudace Homes' Priory Grove development in Oxford.
From the outset I found Roger to be helpful, informative, efficient and always amenable.
During the purchase process he kept me up to date with the progress of the build and subsequently progress of Croudace's legal team. When I requested an additional kitchen appliance to be fitted Mr Farr arranged this willingly and with his usual helpful approach. Post completion of the purchase of the property Roger remained helpful in answering any queries I had.

Croudace has an incredible staff who takes care of your house after completion. Any small bits that needed done in terms of fixing some bits here and there (painting, cleaning etc) they will do it for you. Alin and Lukasz were very helpful and came back multiple times to help me including mastic of my mirrors.

There was some damage in my property caused by an exterior leak. Communication has been great with Croudace. They sent out Jason Capone - Taylor (Customer Care) who was helpful and a pleasure to be around. He did a great job with the patch-up work caused by the leak which I am very pleased with.

Croudace Homes have supported the project I run, Hitchin Youth Allotment (HiYA), several times through their corporate volunteering programme. HiYA teaches young people where food comes from and gets them involved in a really hands on way. Every time, Croudace have been amazing, great skills and really get stuck in. They have become invaluable to our expansion programme. They give their time so generously and the people who come are always lovely. I can't speak too highly of them.

"Nothing is too much trouble "

A company is only as good as the staff they have working for them , Ana and Steve at The Croft Knebworth are both exceptional , nothing is ever too much trouble. I’ll miss them both when they move to another site.

"Avoid at all costs "

They are great until you have bought your home, then they do not agree to fix anything without a massive amount of complaints. I have had enough after several leaks and mould, and building over the damp layer I am completing a complaint with the NHBC. Avoid at all costs unless you want a headache for the next 10 years

From 2021-2024 I have had remedial work carried out on my apartment.Most of the work was carried out by Guy Day of the customer care maintenance team.Guys work is of a very high standard and is carried out with the minimum of fuss.Guy always leaves the place spotless after carrying out the work.He is always prepared to go the extra mile in ensuring that everything was carried out to our satisfaction.He is easy to get along with and always has a positive disposition.I can’t speak highly enough of Guy and he is a credit to the customer care team.
