I recently purchased a new home at The Brooks Burghfield Common. I am exceptionally pleased with the high quality finish of my property, from the brickwork to the fittings, everything is excellent. The Sales Team, Marnie and Sanaz, were very friendly and professional throughout the whole sales process, and it was a pleasure to deal with them. They are great representatives for Croudace Homes ! "Welcoming and really helpful"

We went to the open day for a home viewing with Shiree and Daniela who were really welcoming and helpful offering cakes, nibbles and coffee on arrival. The viewing was lovely and helped us get a good feel for how we could see ourselves living within the space.

"Visit from a local Primary school"

We are a local primary school and were invited to visit the Aylesford Croudace Homes site. We brought a group of our school council children who thoroughly enjoyed their visit. We were so warmly greeted by Suzie and Isabelle. They had organised for the children to visit the show homes, try on PPE, visit the edge of the site with the project manager and to find out all about building houses. It was an amazing experience that I know the children will remember for a long time. What stands out is the warm welcome we received and the time and effort that had gone in to make the experience both educational and fun. Suzie and Isabelle were so patient and answered the many questions the children had! They children even got a little goodie bag which they absolutely loved. Thank you so much for having us.

"Steve P is the man!"

My partner and I felt we had to do another review, simply to highlight how incredible Steve P is.

As the main man for the customer care team of the Silk Row development, Steve has single handedly fixed or coordinated the fix for every maintenance need we have had. He is trustworthy enough that we leave him a key whilst we work (both being teachers, it's hard to be around when things need doing) and we can guarantee the job will be done to the highest standard.

Steve P should be running Croudace. The best guy there is and we will be sad to not have his expertise once our 2 years on the new build is up.

"From start to finish"

From start to finish, Croudace sales representatives (Suzie, Marta, and Sue) at Hermitage Park, Aylesford were all brilliant and very professional. As first time buyers, we had lots of questions about the process and the house and they made us feel comfortable doing this and showed how knowledgable they are of the process and the houses they are selling whilst answering them. Croudace stuck to what they agreed to do & the move in process was seamless. The site manager was very friendly and did an in-depth home demo and on completion day Marta made it very special by putting up personalised signs and going through all documentation with us. We are very happy with the quality of the house and are thankful to Croudace for making our dreams come true!

"We love our new home"

We moved into our new home in Burgess Hill 2 years ago. We’re delighted with the house and neighbourhood. The moving in process was smooth and efficient and the after care service has been excellent. We’ve had very little in terms of snagging issues but when required the two customer service guys Kevin and Gary have been great. They get things done quickly and to a high standard. The house is very well insulated which is very noticeable in our energy bills.

Sticking shower room door very professionally fixed by Alin today.
Door now closes properly, top sanded very smoothly and with no mess as he covered everything around it.
It was also fixed in a very timely manner from reporting this small issue.
Alin is a credit to Croudace!
