As first-time buyers, we were a bit nervous about the whole process, but Steve from Croudace Homes made everything so much easier for us. From the very start, he was incredibly friendly and kind. He took the time to show us a selection of homes that were perfect for our needs, and his knowledge on the inspections and the whole process was very impressive.

When we made our offer on our dream home, Steve was always on top of communication, keeping us updated promptly and answering any questions we had, always within the hour. Even after the purchase, we’ve visited the house a few times and Steve was always there with a welcoming smile and the keys in hand. His level of service has been exceptional and we could not have asked for more.

Steve made sure to keep us in the loop with clear timelines, making us feel confident throughout the entire journey. We truly couldn't fault any part of the process, and we’re so grateful for his support.

Purchase made in 2022 and 2 yr build warranty just expired. Croudace Homes have immediate curb appeal and the neighbourhoods they create are so lovely. The sales staff were always happy to help on the phone or by email. There were some delays due to a miscommunication of "choices" on their end but they sorted it out as fuss-free as possible. The home is a fantastic build quality. Very few snags, and any we did have were quickly resolved. It's nice they put on events for the neighbourhood too. Overall very happy with our experience with Croudace.
