"Wisteria Gate, Romsey"

I have just completed on my purchase of a lovely new home at the Wisteria Gate development, Romsey, Hampshire.

From the very first visit to the sales office, to 'hard hat' visits of properties and show homes, through the whole reservation process (one nervy wobble on my part), lots of questions, lots of help & advice, both Gaye and Lyn were, and continue to be, awesome. A real credit to Croudace Homes.

I am very grateful for the helpful and friendly assistance on the end of the phone, an email, or in person.

If Wisteria Gate is anything to go on, I can highly recommend Croudace Homes developments.

To the lovely ladies in the Hermitage Park office - Marta, Sue and Suzie, thank you for such a lovely experience buying our new home! They have proved themselves to be knowledgeable, respectful and supportive throughout the process.

Our 1st meeting with Marta was amazing! Before we were back home from viewing, she had already emailed all the details we needed to get the ball rolling. This development was quite different from all the ones we had seen and so glad we went for this one. Whenever there was an issue, one of the team was always on hand to get it resolved - even the site team!

"Great Service "

We have lived in our home for 2 years, we contacted the customer care team as we had a few snags. The service engineer Steve Pickersgill came and completed everything super efficiently, covered furniture whilst working and made sure everything was clean before he left! We are so pleased with everything!

As a first time buyer the process could not have been made any easier by the team at Croudace with step by steps and checklists being provided. The whole process has been made incredibly stress free by the sales team-Marta, Suzie and Sue, we cannot thank them enough for their attentiveness and transparency.

After moving in, the customer care team have been quick to respond and rectify any little snags we have had and have been very thorough with ensuring everything is perfect. Unlike other house purchases, with Croudace you are provided with multiple emails and phone numbers for any after sale questions. From the builders, plumbers, decorators and electricians to the sales team, no job is too big or small, everybody seems genuinely happy to help and we couldn’t recommend Croudace enough.

We would just like to comment on what a great team Alin and Lukasz are at The Brooks Burghfield Common. They are so proficient and experienced in what they do to fix any little snags in our new home (not that there have been many!) they are so lovely and respectful of the house. To say that Populus phase of Croudace homes is gorgeous and lovely is an understatement. There are no homes like these new homes with interiors built to very high standards. What a community - Hermitage Park.
The brilliant Sales team of Martha, Suzie and Sue are second to none. They were great from inception to completion. I highly recommend this place to any prospective buyer.

"Our new home"

When you don’t have any plans but god has something for you. This started on a random evening visit to Croudace’s Hermitage Park new phase, we liked everything about the project ( be it best floor plans, house specifications, location which is very near to train station, retail park, hospitals, great schools, neighbourhood etc. and here we are with our new house.

Our journey has been super smooth right from the day 1 until handover. We moved a week back and we are just loving it.

Special thanks to the Croudace Hermitage park sales team (not in any order) “Marta Gargul”, “Sue Wilson” and “Suzie Lamb”. Extremely professional with a personal touch. Each of them were really helpful at each stage of the buying process and even sometimes went beyond to make things right and help. Appreciate the gesture !!

Last but not the least, we hired a private RICS certified inspector to perform the post completion survey which involves inspecting the house and highlight any defects. I must mention that inspector was very impressed with the finishing of the house.
