Well, I was amazed after visiting my nephew's new home at how many faults there were, even after he’d spent 18 months trying to get them all fixed.

He now has to go through the long-winded NHBC process before he can take any real legal action and sue them for poor workmanship.

I feel for all the young buyers who rely on builders and planning to provide a properly built home, as for the NHBC, that whole process is a farce!

We were looking for a new home and stumbled upon Hermitage Park. So in June 2024 we called in unannounced on Marta in the marketing office and could not have been better looked after. A few minor issues, dealt with promptly and we are very happy.

Comparing Suzie, Martha and the team to other sales offices for rival developments you can understand why Croudace scores are so high. Rather than being a pushy sales office, they have been patient, knowledgeable, helpful and welcoming from our initial meeting all the way through to after we have moved in. They truly are a credit to the Croudace team, and their kind/happy attitude was a game changer for us.
Our new-build property has been built to an extremely high specification compared to rivals, alongside having a much larger square footage than we could find anywhere close. We moved right before Christmas, but still had builders on-site Christmas Eve to make sure everything was working fine for us and there were no issues in our new home.
Post move the team have been courteous and arrange swift appointments to resolve any minor snagging issues which have been encountered.
