"No parcel, no refund, no replies"

Its been over 10 days, I never received a notification to say if my parcel was sent. Havent received the parcel, I send numerous emails and messages and still have not got a single reply from them, nor a refund..awful

I have been a loyal RP customer for years but recently wanted to return a jumper I bought. My tracking shows it was returned on 6th January but I have had to refund, no email and no response to my numerous attempts of contact by email and Instagram. Wont be buying from them again!

"Order unfulfilled"

Order placed 16Jan. Paid for 2 day delivery. No shipping confirmation received, order showing as unfulfilled. 4 emails and insta message sent - no response. Worst service! Avoid!

Update. Order showing as despatched on 31st Jan. No tracking details or order received to date 11th Feb). Customer service saying system issues mean they can’t give me any info. Have requested refund

Placed an order over 2 weeks ago, received order confirmation but no update or dispatch update since. Have reached out to customer service but heard nothing back. Looks like people are having similar experiences based on other reviews. Also paid $30 for express international delivery.

after placing my order i received an order confirmation email but then nothing. i have sent through 5/6 emails asking for someone to respond to me to let me know where my order is and if they can tell me when i can expect to receive it.......deathly silence. very poor customer service!!!!

"They don't process refunds!"

Ordered so many times from this company. They DON'T process refunds! Every time I've had to keep my proof of return postage ticket and 2-3 months later I always am still chasing refund and having to set up 'disputes' to get money back. Ended up using buy now pay layer (which they've stopped doing) just so I wouldn't be financially out of pocket if I needed to return an item and wait months for a refund.

"Good clothes but poor returns…"

Good clothes but poor returns experience. Returned item and have proof it arrived on 13th December. Their returns policy says you need to wait 14 working days to receive your refund. This is pretty long anyway but I had to chase them after I realised it hadn’t come and it had been over 20 working days. I then got a “great news you are receiving your refund” email from a help agent. Is this great news? Or what you should have done in the first place? Would they have ever refunded if you don’t ask them? Never had to do this with any other online clothes company. Pretty poor

"After 19 days"

After 19 days, I still haven’t received my package, and I haven’t received any updates or responses from customer service. This is a package worth over 300 euros, so I would like it to either be resent or refunded. I have ordered from your website before, and everything went smoothly, but this time I don’t understand what’s going on.
