I'm a real believer that actions speak louder than words. Regardless of how well someone sells their services to me, it may as well all be BS. The only way to see if someone is genuine is by their actions and the results. I've had my fingers burnt previously with third party support for my business but in some areas I have to bring in outside specialists. I'll give providers time to settle in but if they don't deliver, I'm out. Add People have exceeded my expectations. I worried the experience of their front-end presentation might just be a fancy veneer, but I'm really please to say their professionalism hasn't faltered and they've got my online presence back on track. "Hard sell and can't take no for an answer"

I'm another reviewer who would rank this as zero stars if I could. I spoke to their salesman on the phone last week and we arranged a call for Friday.......unfortunately I was unable to make that call so he rang me back today.

I'd decided not to go ahead with Add People, mainly because I have my own campaign running and wanted to see how that goes a bit first.

His reaction was to fire back with "well cheers for wasting my time on Friday".

My intention was to review my own campaign first, then give him a call to review things at a later date. Safe to say that I won't be doing that now.

Great work pal, you just lost a probable customer!!!!

If I could give NO stars I absolutely would. They obviously operate a HARD SALES approach and with that comes a rudeness that is unacceptable by ANY standards. How can they expect to obtain any new business when they call, cannot get to who they THINK their contact is and then tell the person who IS in fact the person they need to talk to THEY are rude! If this is their first contact IMAGINE the customer service - a member of their sales team needs retraining or demoting - avoid at all costs
