"Greenmotion Athens is the probably the worst car hire company you could ever use"

Green Motion Athens is one of the worst car hire companies imaginable. Our pick up from the airport was smooth, although we did 100kph in a 50kph area. It was impossible to accurately record all the damage to the body work. I subsequently counted 23 areas of damage some with multiple marks. Within 7km an orange warning light came on I tried phoning for advice but there was no response. It was about 2am and we were helped by a petrol attendant who said it was related to the tyres. All tyres were 40 kPa instead of 32. Before reaching the motorway a different warning light came on. We returned to the garage. The attendant told us it was about the engine and might only be about a maintenance issue. We decided to drive with the warning. The next morning on checking the car we discovered that one rear light and brake light were not working. Green Motion were slow to respond but Zest who we booked through were great. A few days later we had no headlights. Both problems required half hour drives to find a garage that could fix them. On the return journey the road to Green Motion office was closed by wild fires. They still charged us €30 to leave the car at the airport and told Zest they had refunded the charge for the new bulbs, which they didn’t. Although the price may look attractive the risk of serious consequences is not.

"Da evitare !"

Ho noleggiato auto parecchie volte , questa è la prima nella quale mi danno una macchina nettamente peggiore rispetto a quella prenotata e pagata , per segmento e soprattutto senza aria condizionata . Ritirata con 2 ore di ritardo per colpa loro e naturalmente nessuno sgravio economico ; riconsegnata con 1 ora di ritardo e mi sono stati richiesti 40 euro per un giorno aggiuntivo...pessimi!

"A fuir!!"

Service de l’agence d’Athènes introuvable et injoignable après une location de voiture en tout point catastrophique. Siège arrière de la voiture tachée et collant, moitié des impacts sur la carrosserie pas noté sur le constat de prise en charge. Une impolitesse de l’agence Green Motion de Athènes. les essuie glace défectueux sous une forte pluie au risque d’avoir un accident . Obligé de s’arrêter sur le côté de l’autoroute le temps que la pluie cesse. Et le pompom en voulant restituer le véhicule à 18 heure, personne a l’agence alors que photo a l’appui l’agence est ouverte jusqu’à 21h. Et le commercial pas la avant 1h de ses propos au téléphone limite insultant, nous dis de laisser la voiture sur le trottoir avec les clés sous le tapis conducteur. Honteux, plus de 30 ans de location de voiture à mon actif, jamais je n’avais connu ça.

Suite à votre réponse je viens d’être prélevé de la caution de 806 euros et un autre montant de 25 euros. Après vérification il y a eu une seule demande code de carte bleu dans sa puce. Affaire à suivre et lire avant d’effectuer une location chez Greenmotion.

Ongelooflijke oplichters. Je moet 800 euro waarborg storten op moment pick up of je krijgt de wagen niet mee (alles op voorhand betaald, op geen enkel moment hiervan verwittigd). Dan bij terugkomst zogezegd schade en vragen ze of je "niets gehoord hebt", bv bij oprijden grind parking. Dan zeg je "ja kan wel?" En dan moet je schade rapport tekenen, alles in het grieks en 360 euro extra betalen. Ze zeggen dan dat het daarmee afgehandeld is en je ze waarborg hebben teruggestort. Wat ze dus niet gedaan hebben.. oplichters eerste klas

"Good experience"

We rented the VW Up in Agios Nikitas, Lefkada, for 3 days. The car served us well though it had a "check engine" light on from the beginning, but we were told that everything was fine and we really did not have any problems with it. We used the car across the whole island. Dimitra from Green Motion team was very polite and helpful with all the questions we had. We recommend Green Motion in Agios Nikitas. "Α) Το very poor servise αυτοκινητο δεν ειχε πληρη καλυψη…"

Α) Το αυτοκινητο δεν ειχε πληρη καλυψη ασφάλειας
Β) Η πιστωτικη μου καρτα ειχε μικροτερο ημερησιο οριο απ αυτο που επρεπε να κρατησουν για εγγυηση(κατι που εγω δεν γνωριζα αφου ηταν η πρωτη φορα που νοικιαζα αυτ/το). Με αναγκασαν να πληρωσω 80 ευρω τα οποια δεν μου επεστρεψαν οταν επεστρεψα το αυτ/το στη κατασταση που το παρελαβα
Γ) Στην επιστροφη το φουλαρα βεντζηνη απο τη Shell που ειναι διπλα στο γραφειο της green motion. Η γραμμη ομως της βενζινης παρεμεινε κολλημενη στα 2/8 και οι κοπελες επεμεναν να οδηγησω ξανα στο βεντζιναδικο...για να κάνω δηλ. ΤΙ;;; Να φουλάρω το γεματο ρεζερβουαρ;
