"I rented a car from this company and…"

I rented a car from this company and from the first moment they were bothered that I made a film with the car's defects. The car charger didn't work, after a few days the car window wouldn't close anymore. I called to confirm the problem and they changed the car. After I changed the car, I didn't have time to make that short video because it was closing time and they were in a hurry. I did that check of the car but quickly and I left out a problem that you probably knew about.. The last 3 days I didn't go by car very much because it rained. All this time I was careful where to park. When returning the car, of course they found 3 small scratches, but not the two people who check the car and a third person who seemed to come directly to the point of the problem.. 467.34€ the cost of the repair.. I know one thing if I'm wrong, I pay it seems normal but not like that.

"Thoroughly recommend the Lefkada office."

We rented a scooter from the Lefkada office. Was a breeze sorting out the paperwork. Chris our representative was most professional. He gave us a great set of ideas to visit and I can truly say non disappointed. Even the waterfall that had no water was a truly fabulous place to visit. The bike wasn't new but certainly worked well. Thanks Chris and Green Motion

"They are thiefs!!!"

They are thiefs! Stay away!! I had a reservation with them and my flight in London was delayed, so I had a relative of mine call them and let them know that I will be coming ASAP. When I got there the next day, they had given my car to someone else and they wanted me to pay more money on top of what I had paid, for another car + they wanted €800 security deposit even though I had paid full insurance AND they would give me basic insurance! When I didn't agree they didn't even refund me, so I lost ALL of my money!!! CROOKS!!!

Pessima esperienza, dopo ancora due mesi non ho ricevuto i soldi indietro e nemmeno nessuna spiegazione, nonostante l'assicurazione kasco pagata.
Vi consiglio di stare attenti a questo noleggio.

Nicht zu empfehlen.
Da wir eine Flugverspätung hatten, kamen wir 2 Std später am Flughafen an.
Buchung wurde einfach stoniert, da wir angeblich keine Flugnummer angegeben hatten. Dies war nicht der Fall.
Unter der Servicenummer war niemand zu erreichen und die äußerst symphatische Mitarbeiterin ließ uns einfach so stehen.
Ebenfalls wurde die getätigte Anzahlung nicht zurück überwiesen.
Fazit bezahlt ohne ein Auto zu bekommen.
Nie wieder Greenmotion.

Billigt billeje men vi havde åbenbart også lejet et lig. 😉
Mange anmeldelser med negativ omtale omhandler dette med vores danske Visakort der står påtrykt “debet” selv som om det er et creditkort. Dette var jeg forberedt på, så ingen problem her. 😀

Jeg havde brugt tid på at “checke in” hjemmefra, men da jeg fandt containeren med udlejningfirmaet skulle alt udfyldes igen, så var det spild af tid første gang.😞

Vi havde lejet en 9 personers Mercedes Vito eller lignende. Vi fik en fuldstændig smadret Nissan Navada.
Der var buler og ridser hele vejen rundt så skadeskemaet blev næsten en total farvelægning af bilen. Flere motorlamper lyste i instrumentbordet men det betød ikke noget sagde de. Trods en stor “STOP” lampe lyste rød.

Green Motion Autovermietung ist leider nicht zu empfehlen.
Das Auto war technisch eine Katastrophe:
Erste Panne: Batterie war uralt und wir sind stehen geblieben.Anstatt erste Pannenhilfe zu erhalten musste ich selber einen LKW Fahrer um Starthilfe bitten.Am nächsten Tag kam jemand und hat die Batterie ausgetauscht.
2. Scheibenwischer war defekt. Zum Austauschen zweimal hingefahren.
3. Meldung Ölstand niedrig.Ich musste wieder vor Ort erscheinen. Sensor war defekt.
Erst dann erhielt ich ein anderes Auto.
Ich hatte eigentlich vor Urlaub zu machen und nicht das Auto von Green Motion zu reparieren!
D.h. es findet vor der Übergabe keine Kontrollen statt.
