Nie wieder!!! Bloß die finger weg lassen!
Bei Abholung mussten 3 Familienmitglieder am Flughafen zurück bleiben weil es kein Platz für denen hatte (waren allerdings nicht die einzigen das dies passiert ist), soweit war für uns noch alles okay, schlimm war es das wir ein mini van gebucht hatten und vor ort nach über eine Stunde Wartezeit bis wir überhaupt dran gekommen sind, hat mann uns ein Transporter vorgestellt. Grosse Diskussion folgte und obwohl in der Buchung und in der Bestätigung klar und deutlich stand für 7 Mitfahrer mussten wir ein Upgrade (+500€) machen damit wir ein mini van bekommen. Das allerdings ein tag später nachdem wir frecher weise vor der Tür stehen lassen haben mit Koffer und rest Familie im Flughafen.
Mitarbeiter war frech, laut, unsympathisch und ständig mit Drohungen.

Das war nur eine kurze Zusammenfassung den viel mehr ist passiert. Werden jetzt Anwalt einschalten weil seit August nicht auf die Emails reagiert wird.

Our booking was done via easyJet car hire, I booked the car online at the time of booking the flights for my parents, both of which are over 70 years old, was all paid up front and I took out the option extra insurance. When my parents arrived to collect the car at corfu hire desk at 12.30 at night. They where kept there for over 1 hours being told the paperwork supplied by easy jet was wrong and they needed to pay an extra day, my mum phoned me I forwarded all the emails from easyJet to green motion, who confirmed it was correct and they would sort it with easyJet, my mum and dad where then charged an extra €60 euro to take the car on the ferry from corfu to mainland Greece €30 each way ( let remember I paid for the extra all singing and dancing insurance at the time of booking, I hired them a Skoda Citigo as that’s the sat they had in the uk, when they where given the car after over 1 hour of messing around it’s now past 1.30am they where given a fiat panda, which was a death trap, was all over the rd, and was supplied with no seen wash and a faulty rear light, any way I arrived 7 days into there holiday and sorted the washer fluid, upon returning it they would not refund the €400 euro deposit which was paid cash because the credit card my parent had was in my mums name but my dad was driving 🤦because they said we owed and extra day they had not contacted easyJet as they said they would, and then charged us another €35 for the so called extra day. The lady behind the desk was very rude and kept shouting above me and when I showed her the emails proving we where right she refused to look at them and said her computer is right it must be paid. If you want over charges, then to be messed around go ahead and use this company. I will not be using them again and I travel to Greece at least 15 weeks a year, shambles of a company

Obwohl bei der Buchung , Auto Abholung Flughafen Terminal stand , war es außerhalb vom Flughafen.
Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Fahrzeug bekommen.
Als wir das Angesprochen haben, kamen nur Ausreden vor.
Die Leute sind nicht ehrlich gewesen.
Bei der Kation wurde Geld einbehalten!!!

Warning - Hands off green motion!
Wegen einer vergessenen Kreditkarte wurden 230 Euro extra berechnet. Eine angebotene alternative echte Kreditkarte und eine alternative Debitkarte sowie das Angebot einer Barkaution wurden abgelehnt. Erst gegen Zahlung von 230 Euro extra wurde dann doch die Debitkarte akzeptiert. Hier wird schamlos die Zwangslage der Reisenden ausgenutzt.

Update zur Stellungnahme green motion:
Ich habe über check24 gebucht. Dort findet sich kein Hinweis auf derartige Gebühren. Auf der von green motion benannten Webseite unter Terms finden sich zwar andere Angebote. Es fehlt aber auch dort jeder Hinweis auf die Konsequenz, dass man bei vergessener Kreditkarte ein anderes Paket buchen muss.

Ferner hatte ich nur die physische Kreditkarte vergessen. Digital hatte ich sie dabei, was ebenfalls als unzureichend abgelehnt wurde.

Es bleint dabei: Dieses Unternehmen sollte man dringend meiden. Ich habe noch eine Beschwerde bei check24 platziert.

Update zum Update: Diese Firma agiert wie Politiker. Konditionen werden verschleiert und jede Verantwortung von sich gewiesen.

Richtig ist, dass in den Konditionen steht, dass man eine Kreditkarte auf den Namen des Fahrers benötigt.

NIRGENDS (weder in den Konditionen von green motion, noch von check24) wird darauf hingewiesen, welche Konsequenzen drohen, wenn die Kreditkarte nicht vorliegt.

Ganz erbärmlich wird es, wenn green motion im Update schreibt "unable" zu sein, eine andere Zahlungsweise zu akzeptieren. Merkwürdigerweise wird die Firma gegen Zahlung von 230 Euro dann ganz schnell "able", eine andere Methode zu akzeptieren.

"No roadside assistance and dirty windws"

the counter staff were friendly and helpful, but both collection and return took ages.
it was alarming that they did not provide roadside assistance service, a must in a country like Greece. When i queried this i was told 'ring the office, someone is here till late'!! if not, 'just call the police'!!! I cannot see this as acceptable!
the car had smears all over the inside of the windows and the windscreen wiper fluid was plain water

"¡Es una ESTAFA!"

Era la oferta más barata pero cuando vas a recoger el coche empiezan a decirte que las tarjetas de crédito no funcionan, que si habrás superado el límite, que si no están activas, que igual no funcionan en el extranjero … cuando llevas pagando con ellas durante días en Atenas y en ningún sitio te han puesto problemas. Después de probar con varias tarjetas y de hablar con los bancos y confirmarnos que las tarjetas no tenían ningún problema nos ofrecen como solución pagar 90 euros en efectivo como les estaban ofreciendo a otros clientes que estaban allí y a los que casualmente sus tarjetas también les habían dado error. Pero la gente paga porque quiere continuar con sus vacaciones y por eso nadie protesta. En cambio, como nosotros nos negamos a pagar y les pedimos una hoja de reclamaciones a lo que se negaron, empezaron a ponerse muy nerviosos y a gritarnos. Al decir que íbamos a llamar a la policía nos amenazaron con que teníamos que irnos fuera de su tienda y, al negarnos, nos empujaron e incluso agredieron.
A día de hoy, después de más de 2 meses, nuestra reclamación para intentar al menos recuperar el dinero que ya habíamos pagado por adelantado por el alquiler del coche del que nunca pudimos disfrutar sigue pendiente porque, a pesar de que Booking en reiteradas ocasiones han intentado ponerse en contacto con ellos, ellos no responden.

"We rented our car in September this…"

We rented our car in September this year for 2 weeks, in Albania. Everything was fine. Car good, service good , but……After about 2 weeks at home we received an email for a speed ticket of €300,-supposedly made on the 17th of September 2024, in Tirana.They charged this amount directly on our Credit Card, they still had the deposit. The thing is we arrived at the hotel in Tirana on the16th and left on the 18th to the airport, to fly back home. On the 17th we did not use or move the car at all, as the hotel was situated very good, so there was no need for us to use the car. We have pictures which show this, and also on the google maps time line you can see we were only in Tirana by food. And what a coincidence the GPS cables were just cut that day. We were in contact with the Albanien Police, and we know that as in every European Country there has to be a foto with the speed ticket. We are not getting any answers anymore and no picture, which is definitely not us. I don’t know what is happening here, but it is definitely Illegal!!! I will never rent a car with green motions again.

"Hier auf gar keinen Fall buchen"

So gerne hätte ich null Sterne gegeben. Auto für Wien Flughafen bestellt, Bestätigung bekommen. Ankunft am Flughafen: es gibt gar kein Büro dort. Die freundlichen Flughafenmitarbeiter, die nichts mit green motion zu tun haben, erzählten mir bereits, dass Kunden immer hinter dem Fahrer her telefonieren müssen. Als ich anrief, hieß es erstmal nur englisch, dann war meine Reservierung storniert. Leider hatte man versäumt mir das mitzuteilen.
Sollte sich die Firma erdreisten Geld von mir abzubuchen werde ich ohne weitere Vorwarnung ein Rechtsverfahren wegen bewiesenem Betrug anstrengen.
Ich musste letztenendes bei einem anderen Anbieter für ein Vielfaches buchen, Danke für nichts.
