London Motor Sports Ltd,had the most competitive price for my job,rear pads & discs.Also had the tail light replaced,for which i supplied the part.
I booked in for first thing in the morning,opened at 8am,got there early at 7:30am.
I was informed car would be ready about 12pm.
I Left car with them and returned at 11:30,sat in the waiting room for about 2-hours before the car was ready.
I was told that the parts didn’t turn up until about 11am,so I said why book me me in at 8am.
I was very unhappy and disappointed with the very long wait,but the work carried out was fine.
I would return just for the competitive price and the good job that was carried out.
But they do need to improve on communication and more accurate waiting times for jobs.

Imran was great, he gave me an honest assessment of what was required to repair the vehicle to the required standard. It was a brilliant service and really good value versus going to a main dealer for the same repair work. The garage sourced the replacement parts as quickly as possible and kept me informed of progress. The quality of the work was excellent. It’s like a brand new car!

Competent and effective. Dealt with Imran who turned around a bad crash in my new Land Rover Defender. Excellent paint mix and body across the front left wing and bumper area.

"AVOID"

The mechanics were very nice to deal with but the car took much longer to repair. They replaced three tyres after which the tyre pressure sensors stopped working which they were unable to repair and within a day one of the tyres started leaking air. Have called them several times and was told someone will call back but nobody has called. So now have to take the car elsewhere to get it repaired. Not what you would expect from a reputable firm.

"Absolutely trash company - thieves and conmen"

Absolutely trash company. I took my hybrid Jazz, with a fan fault, did my own diagnostics with an OBD Scanner so I knew what was wrong, and told them the problem. They explained my battery needed to be reconditioned and charged me over £1000. Didn't fix the problem, I went back to their garage 4 times, had to email them instructions on what to do, they changed the fan and charged me another £800. Then they said they'd do my MOT, charged me for 3 new tyres, which leaked. I went back to the garage again, they said they couldn't do anything but asked me to go to a local garage and they'd pay for the tyres to be fixed. I did go, and they refused to pay. Unbelievable conmen. Imran was helpful but said God Willing the garage would sort things out. They didn't. I'm pissed off. Don't use these guys. By the way, I went to Kwikfit who said whoever put on the new tyres didn't bother to replace the valves, and they should have. Please DO NOT use these guys. Customer service are also rubbish, they all pretend not to know what's going on, every time I call they took my Registration and said they'd call back...BS
