Don’t be fool by “free” diagnostic. They claim it’s free diagnostic if the repair is done by the garage but when it turns out to be a loose under tray this repair to simple screw it back in is £150?

This is how I know your guys run a dishonest business. The issue was in the rear. The issue was the wheel liner in the back right corner. Had nothing to do with the front bonnet/ front. You can make up what ever lie you want here to make your business look innocent but fact of the matter is you guys are crooks with no honour who mislead people to squeeze as much money out of them.

I noticed you changed your original response so my first response doesn’t make sense. The simple fact is free diagnostics offer is a misleading scam. God forbid the repair cost is less than the diagnostic price. If this is the case charge me your hourly labour rate and tell me the trust about what is wrong with my car. Not inflate the damage to the vehicle to justify a ludicrous price. When you diagnosed my car then told me on WhatsApp “ The car is working fine only there is a need to fix the underneath cover.” I wanted clarification. “Does the undercover need replacing or just reattaching?”
But your response was to dodge the question “The undercover is damaged and needs to be fixed, we can fix it in £150 all-in.” I asked directly again “ Are you putting a new undercover?” Then the response to this was “Let me give you a call from the direct line.” Then on the phone call it’s was just more dancing around the fact that nothing needed to be replaced it was just a loose wheel liner why it was worded “underneath cover” and not “under tray” or “wheel liner”.

People need to know this is the type of garage that will exaggerate repairs, try to mislead you and extort you.

Really not the type of business you want to bring your car to. Not the type of business you can trust.

Also to clarify I did not end up paying £150 this was the price I was initially quote. I ended up paying £120 after arguing on the phone and catching them out that my car was only missing a few screws.

"Fuel filter leak "

Took the vehicle after a fuel filter leak. The mechanic was pretty clued on and done a good job of diagnosing the source of the leak. Garage failed to source the water pressure sensor the vehicle needed replacing, which I had to source myself. The garage owner was quite understanding, however this cannot be said for the garage manager who applied unreasonable pressure and took advantage of my situation and overcharged me for the work needed!!

Quick, easy and reasonably priced service and MOT for my Vauxhall Corsa. Much cheaper than the official service. Had great communication with LMS over WhatsApp. Will not hesitate to use again.

Absolutely shambles!. They are real scammers!. They pester you with calls just to take your money. They are not good with everything in terms of vehicle repairs. They will rip you off every pounds they can get from you. They had my car towed to them by their agent, and the next day got a ticket for my car that was parked in front of their office/ workshop. Bear in mind, my car was in their care. How irresponsible is that? No
duty of care for customers property. They gave excuses and refused to pay the parking fine. They charged exorbitantly! Asking me to pay a staggering amount of £1800 for Hybrid system failure. I later took the car from them and got it fixed from another workshop for £350. They are money grabbers as they even made me to pay for the five days my car was in their garage for repair. Imagine how horrible that was!. Please stay away and avoid this place at all cost. They will drain you and leave the task you gave them undone , poor job or partially done. It was a bad experience for me and I am highly disappointed with this London Motor Sport.
