Very good service, they’ll keep you updated on every step of the process. However I would like to offer some constructive feedback, regarding the descriptions of services on your invoices.

I noticed that the descriptions for individual services listed on my invoice were somewhat vague. For example the line item for “full service” didn’t specify the exact tasks performed, I had to ask which type of engine oil was used.

To improve you could include a brief summary of each service, specific details and prices.
