I bought a set of 4 dining chairs from Zuri Furniture 3 years ago. I paid over $300 per chair on sale. They were advertised as high quality with chrome legs. A leg on one chair broke off a few months ago. When I inspected the area it broke from it was jagged with lots of bubbles of melted metal and discoloration, which indicated faulty welding. Zuri refused to replace the chair or even substitute it with a stool or ottoman of equal value, or any value!
Their only solution was to insist I buy a set of chairs at a higher price, so they can profit further on selling defective and inferior quality furniture.
The BBB has given this company a D rating. Wish I checked that first.
Don't waste your money on this furniture. It is made in China garbage. It is not as advertised for quality. Customer service is awful.

"Worst company ever"
Worst company ever! Ordered a white sectional and it was delivered to me looking like it was patched together with different materials. Some parts were whiter than others and some parts were smoother than others. It also had rust marks all over the metal parts. They offered to exchange it but I didn’t trust the quality would be any better since this one was so horrendous. I wanted a return. They agreed it was defective but I still had to pay over $800 to return it. Please stay from this company.

I bought this executive desk furniture for almost $4,000 two years ago. The legs of the desk broke and I contacted customer service to help me find a solution. The solution they offered is for me to pay another $1,900 for parts and materials to be send to me. This company is a rip off. You can get better deals elsewhere.

Worst customer service. Had a problem with an item that i ordered and they just doesn’t care and not helpful! Super expensive item and they just wouldn’t help you when there is problem with your order!

Ordered two black laquer top side tables, in a matter of months when my cleaning would clean, they have scratches all over them...sent pictures and Zuri will accept not responsibility....no one has used them, crap product and very expensive....

I regret I didn’t read reviews before purchasing from Zuri. This people don’t care what they shipped to you, and they will not care if the furniture for $3255 came defective. The quality if their furniture is very bad, keep in mind you WIlL NOT get what you see on the picture!! I will never deal with this people again.

"This is a horrible furniture"
This is a horrible furniture store to shop at. They take zero responsibility for their actions and blame seams to be rampant when it comes to who didn't do the job right. They never deliver on time and pass off responsibility from one employee to another when you want to know where your furniture is and when you'll receive it. They charge you for furniture they don't have and can't get, then try to charge for returns or restocking fees on undelivered product. The worst customer service in the business. Unbelievably bad.

Don't give your money to this company, the furniture is completely inoperable, and customer service is terrible. Overpriced, not worth it, misleading photoshopped photos, Zuri doesn't take responsibility for faulty furniture. They also hide all their negative reviews.
Their 'white' furniture on their website is not actually white, it's beige. It's advertised as 'fully reclining', but DOES NOT RECLINE if you are under 250 pounds. They claimed the color was what I ordered, I thought ok fine, I'll work with the color since they wanted to charge a crazy $150 return fee, even when they falsely advertised 'white'. Then, after putting it together I found out it was faulty. It wasn't mechanically crafted for petite people. None of my employees could make it function since it's so IMPOSSIBLE to recline, so I can't give it to anyone. LITERALLY NOBODY WANTS IT because it DOES NOT WORK! They STILL don't care that it doesn't function because they only care about the $ they've spent on a technician to come out and try to fix it, who even said it was HARD to use and only meant for larger people. This has been an issue for over 7 months long, for something that was never my fault in the first place. I've even spoken to the manager on the phone and they STILL want a $150 fee to exchange this, since no stores near me even make a box big enough to fit the chair. That's ridiculous and not how you operate a company. Help the customer return a chair at no EXTRA fee, and make more money off the customer... Duh. You'd think putting trust in an expensive furniture brand would take care of their customers, but Wayfair and Amazon do so so so so much better.
Extremely disappointed, ridiculously the worst experience I've ever had with shopping online, was really looking forward to furnishing my other office suites with their modern furniture, but I'm happy that in the span of the 8 months it's taken with their poor customer service, that I've gone with Wayfair / Overstock / AllModern, Rove Concepts - less than half the price, for better quality. Stick to what you know.

"Rip off!"
Ordered a recliner from them. Prior to ordering, I asked them if sofa would fit in my basement and they assured me it’ll fit as long my door is wide enough l. So I ended up ordering the white glove delivery for the almost 350 lbs sofa. Prior to it being delivered I showed the delivery company pictures and videos of where it’ll be delivered. Once it got here the 2 guys personally went and measured to see if it’ll fit. They pushed it down my basement using gravity and once it got to the door, it didn’t fit. Now they have to bring it back up again and in the process scrapped my door frame. Horrible experience overall with the wait time, no sofa, scrapped door frame and $600 Zuri charged me for delivery. Don’t ever order from this company they have horrible reviews everywhere. I should’ve done my due diligence!

"Terrible customer service"
Terrible customer service. They do good advertisement and get you to buy stuff. I had contacted some designer called michael. He gave me his contact and told me reach out in case of issues. My delivery was not handled properly in spite of telling them to deliver on certain date. i tried reaching out to michael with number of emails, there was no response. I tried contacting customer support. They pushed the ball to delivery. The delivery company never pick up the call. I had to call head office and get delivery. This delivery was just kept in front of home not even at the door. Terrible experience dealing with delivery guy. He was very rude. Never fall into their trap. They dont care once you pay the money and you are done. I was lucky to get my expensive furniture by myself. STAY AWAY. Its better to go to costco and deal with world class customer service. I would give negative stars if allowed
