"Worst company ever"

Worst company ever! We spent $3000 plus $400 for white glove service for office furniture. The team half-assembled it and left without saying anything. We had to call in and found out they were missing parts. They ended up sending us a box of used and damaged parts so we still have no resolution 2 weeks later and can't use our office. This company has the worst customer service reps in the industry, just stay away as they don't care about their customers. Stay away!

And now they are saying on this review that they are arranging to get the desk returned. But what they don’t tell you is that even if your item is damaged they charge you $250 for shipping fees, you lose $400 for white glove service and then they charge you a $450 restocking fee. This company should simply not be in business, they have no idea what it means to be customer centric. Just appalling!!!

"I bought a Bentley Sofa"

I bought a Bentley Sofa, the delivery experience was horrible, the delivery people acted like they were doing me a favor. Upon opening the box, the sofa has 1 missing headrest, scuff marks and other damage.
I have been working with their support person Lara for 1 week now and still she can't get me an answer. At this point I have decided to call my credit card company and dispute the $2700 charge. I asked Lara to either replace the sofa and return the money, she offered to fix the sofa, which I declined because I paid for a new sofa not a fixer upper.
Lara at one occasion mentioned the Sofa comes with 1 headrest, I had to point her to Zuri description which states it comes with 2 headrests

"Absolutely horrendous customer service!"

I have purchased an office desk for my home office for $3000, paid additional $400 for "white glove" delivery and assembly. The night before the delivery I have removed my existing desk from the office, moved some of the other furniture to other rooms to make room for the assembly of the new desk. Delivery company showed up on a Friday morning, unpacked the parts only to find out that feet were missing. They told me that they had spare parts in their warehouse but would have to get an approval from Zuri to use those spare parts and would likely be back later that afternoon or the next day. They picked up the large packing materials and left, leaving popcorn and cardboard trail behind all over my house.

I called Chris P., my "account manager" at Zuri, to inform him of the situation and was told that they would contact the installer to coordinate. Have not heard back from anyone, so on Monday I called Chris P. who told me that their "logistics department" is communicating with the installer to figure out what parts were missing?! This is 3 days later and they are still trying to figure out that the feet are missing, which is what we have all agreed about on Friday. In the mean time I cannot use my office because the disassembled desk parts are stern all over my office.

Chris said he would contact me before the end of the day with an update, which he did not. On Tuesday I call again and spoke with Maria who was very apologetic but her only solution was to try to find out how they can send me the missing parts. I have reiterated again that I need to use my office as I have a business to run and I need those parts overnighted to me. They could have sent them on Friday and I would have had them by now, but she said that as a matter of policy the don't use overnight shipping. Let me restate that I have paid $3400 for this office desk, and they can't afford $100 to overnight these parts to me that should have been there in the first place?!?

Maria said she would try to escalate the issue but could not guarantee that they would send the parts via overnight delivery. She also said that Chris P. would contact me back before the end of the day with an update. Around 7PM I get an email from Chris P:

"While we were not able to secure overnight shipping for the feet, we were able to have our fulfillment team prioritize this and get them shipped out today. Given the delays, we are happy to provide a $75 refund in addition to the agent coming out to complete the assembly once they receive the items.

I promptly responded that this was not acceptable because they are causing me business disruptions because I cannot use my office. I offered them two options, either come and pick up the desk or send the parts overnight so that I can assemble the desk myself, but in that case I want a refund for the "white glove" service and a credit of $1000 for the trouble.

Crickets...

Now it is Wednesday at 5PM Eastern so I call Zuri to ask to speak with a manager. Ally answers the phone and informs me that all managers are in a meeting and one could not contact me back until tomorrow. I reiterated to her that I have offered for them to pick up the furniture today, which they have failed to do, so I will move the furniture myself, to the end of my driveway, where they can pick it up from. She proceeded to argue with me about the merits of timeliness of their response and whether I had the right to be upset. I told her that she can have a manager call me before the end of the day to resolve this issue or they can pick up the furniture from my driveway at their convenience. Since I do not have any packaging materials I cannot repack the parts, so they will be exposed to the elements. I live in south Florida, where it is guaranteed to rain in about an hour.

7/28/23 Saga continues...
First, in response to the company's reply, I did not leave multiple one star reviews, I have posted my review on multiple review websites in addition to Trustpilot. People need to be aware of the disaster that is Zuri Furniture. It is no wonder that their BBB rating is 1.3.

I have received the feet for the desk, however they are clearly used parts as every one of them is scratched and chipped. Zuri CS tried to excuse it as "damaged in transit", which would be their fault for inadequate packing, but the damage is clearly not from transit, these parts feet were scratched with a vacuum cleaner or a mop, scratches are very obvious.

To make things worse, they did not include the mounting bolts/screws for the feet, so now I have to wait again... So sick of companies like this one that don't know how to run their business but pretend to be high end vendor. All the while I STILL cannot use my office and they have offered no option to remove this furniture from my home until they figure the situation out. If zero stars was an option, that's what they deserve.

"What made my experience with the…"

What made my experience with the company so great was when my bar stools arrived they looked very good and handled with care. I was so amazed to see such beautiful stools that fit very well with my island. My friends came by and loved them. I will definitely buy again from Zuri!.

"Zuri Lynx counter stool"

Just received this Zuri Lynx counter stool. I absolutely love it! It is beautiful, well made and comfortable! I had been looking for over a month and returned two stools that I didn’t like. This stool is perfect! I am going to order two more today.
