"BEWARE!!"

BEWARE!!! This company is horrible! Do not buy from them if you want something in a timely manner!!! Zuri Furniture lied to me about the availability of a desk I wanted to purchase. They said it would be delivered in 3 to 5 days. I made sure before placing the order that their time frames were correct. Zuri Furniture assured me the desk was in stock and would be delivered within 3-5 days. 3 Days had passed, and the item had not even shipped yet. So, I emailed for a refund. They refused to give me a refund and said there would be a restocking fee. A restocking fee? I have not ever received the purchase!!! I am still fighting with the for my refund and still do not have my order. BUYER BEWARE of ZURI FURNITURE.

They are posting fake reviews on their website. They stole my review when I first purchase this desk many years ago, then posted it on 3/25/24 as Tom. The picture even has a picture of my dog. I get that companies post fake review all the time. Still disrespectful to use the exact same post as a different person.

"It's just pretty looking garbage - DO NOT BUY"

We regretfully spent almost $3k on a leather sofa. Great looks but VERY poor quality. after less than 10 mths of regular use (2 adults) seams started becoming undone. Creaks and squeaks everywhere. Couch internal suspension system is clearly poorly designed and constructed. They sent out a repair guy that was sloppy and the couch now looks repaired. Not even a year old. Never again...

Ordered furniture online. It said they would ship within 7 days. After I paid, I received an email "confirming" that the order will ship in 2 months. I've tried to get my money back, no response from customer service.

Do NOT order from this company. Find the item somewhere else. The delivery of the sofa I ordered was delayed significantly, arriving with damages in multiple places, despite my explicit requests for an undamaged product. I invested nearly $10,000 in this sofa, expecting perfection. Despite three different repairmen confirming the irreparable faults in its mechanisms, the company refuses to take responsibility. They now propose sending yet another repair person. Having made the purchase almost two years ago, I'm left without recourse with my credit card company. It feels as though they've taken my money, delivered a subpar sofa, and evaded resolution for almost a year. Communicating with them is an arduous process, often requiring multiple calls/emails due to what seems like an overwhelming volume of complaints they are handling. The problem is not about my sofa arriving damaged. Those things happen. It's about how they handled the situation thereafter. Aside from their business being completely disorganized, they have deceptive, unprofessional, and unreliable people working for them and representing the company. Buyers BEWARE!

"Mesa chair poorly made-backrest broke"

We bought 5 Mesa dining chairs almost 3 years ago and 2 of them have backrests that are severely tilted backwards. It's like sitting in a reclined chair and can't sit upright at the dinner table (backrest broken?). We've tried tightening screws but no change. We loved the chairs when we bought them, but they don't last and were expensive. I would not buy these again. I bought these chairs at Zuri in Plano, TX.

I bought a Gates Executive chair. Unless you are a bigger person that likes a lot of lumbar support, you may not want this chair. I'm 5'11" and 157 pounds, the lumbar support is too high on my back and a lot of lumbar curve. The employees admitted there is a lot of support and this chair is for a bigger person.
They sent me a Stirling, it has two inches less lumbar support and I was going to send back the Gates. The seat on the Stirling only had two of the four holes drilled to attach the base so I could not put it together, there was two marks where the holes should have gone but no holes.
This will be our last purchase from Zuri.
