They lie through their teeth. I ordered the Reno sofa with the Reno reclining chair. The sofa arrived completely packed. The chair arrived without packing and had areas of damage. I called upon arrival and was told to just accept it and they will exchange. This was directed by their customer service. There after they sent me a cream. Obviously the cream did not work as the leather on the chair was damaged beyond what a cream could do. I requested an exchange but to no avail. I sent pictures and was ignored as their “team” felt this should have been acceptable. The rudeness and deception are beyond what is normal. PLEASE SYAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. TELL THE OWNERS TO GO BACK TO THEIR COUNTRY AND RIPP OFF THEIR OWN. THESE ARE TERRIBLE PEOPLE. THEY ARE THIEVES, AND ROTTEN TO THE CORE

Recently bought a couple of furniture sets on Amazon thinking they were a great discount. A couple of days after I had already placed the order. They cancelled all the sets that I have ordered and just stated there was an error when I have placed the orders. They later relisted the same items for 3x the same price. What a joke of a company. Of course nobody reached out and tried to resolve or explain the issue as of writing this. Avoid this company at all costs, they are deceptive and terrible at communication. Judging from the previous reviews they will only take action and respond to these complaints once they see it to try to show that they are communicative ...

"Terrible Logistics Chain"

Ordered a complete office setup with the Quincy line. Order went through as "in stock, shipping in 2-3 days". Well, the desk was not in stock, and the order took 3 months to finally come in (credit card already charged BTW). White glove install, but I noticed something was missing. The desk!!!!! Called Zuri, called the installation house. Nobody knows where it is. The finish is not high quality, and the credenza piece does not match color with the rest of the set. Predrilled holes were misaligned, so the doors did not close properly. The install team had to redial them to get the doors aligned. Very unhappy with this outfit and this product. Stay away!!!

I was researching for an height adjustable bar stool because the ones I had were not adjustable and they were not tall enough. My shoulders hurt after I sat on it for a while using my laptop. This new one from Zuri is a beautiful red color and the max height is just what I need! So happy with this purchase!

They picked up when I called and answered my question about putting them together. Mostly though, they look great in my new kitchen, and my friends and family enjoy using them.

Comfortable and easy to assemble. Soft leather, firm support. In in this chair 8 plus hours a day and my back didn't hurt, although I do get up a lot.

Even after writing a review on this SCAM company on 7/24/23, I still do not have my furniture that they said on 7/31/23 "We wanted to alert you that your order with white glove assembly (delivered + assembled in your room of choice, with packaging). Your order has arrived in your area and your installer with SEKO will be reaching out to you within the next week or so (likely on the earlier side) to schedule your delivery, please keep an eye out for their call. We hope that everything goes well, but in the event any concern arise, please reach out to (TRUSTPILOT does not allow me to put in email) and we will connect you with your personal account manager" So i reached out to my personal account manager, Maria C yesterday at 1:15 pm CST and Maria was going to call them and get management involved. I have yet to have a call back on status, i guess Tazmeen Kanji or Kanzi whichever name he is going by does not care about customer service. I place my order on 5/31/23!!!

This table is classy contemporary and modern. It was packed so well in shipping (2 boxes) and was so easy to put together. This is definitely a statement piece. Zuri also had the best price point for this table. I will continue future making purchases with Zuri.
