" You can do better"
Looks good, initially. This crap doesn't hold up. "Leatherette" (bonded fabric) peels after 3 years making the chair unpresentable. You can do better. The padding in the seat compressed within the first year making the use of additional padding necessary.

"Buyer beware not a good company "
Bought a nevy console, came in damaged in many areas. Console was $1500.00 including white glove treatment. I refused the console and they tried to charge me $700.00 to return the damaged piece of furniture. They are rip offs worst company ever. I had to go through my credit card company in order to get my money back. I was told by Manangement to read the terms and conditions.. that they were entitled to the $700.00 dollars
Will never use them again. Buyer beware of this company. Furniture was not made welll at all.

"Zuri nightmare"
ordered a desk, filing cabinet and chair.
delayed shipment due to a conflict.
shipper called said products were coming anyway.
rushed home from business trip, no delivery.
Zuri said shipper made a mistake and sent it to another shipper???
products get shipped, returned, moved, etc. multiple times. By the time I got them (Days later) multiple boxes were damaged.
filing cabinet door broken
I had filed a complaint with paypal over this whole mess, Zuri said they would not replace any damage as long as I had a pending claim. I removed the claim and sent them a picture of paypals closed claim, yet they continue to tell me its open on their end, refusing to honor the warranty.
on top of all this, the general quality is substandard. lots of assembly required, inferior product in general.

"The greatest and hopefully the last…"
The greatest and hopefully the last office chair I purchase. Very comfortable, I work at home for at least six hours a day, and my back does not hurt half as much. I have only had the chair for two days, but I can see and feel the difference. Since it is real leather I am hopeful that it will not rip or tear like other chairs. Wish I hear of this chair and Zuri furniture sooner.

"Awful customer service! Don't get scammed like me!"
Awful customer service!! Do not order from them, they are scammers. They never respond to emails, they never sent my chair and I am stopping payment on my credit card. Worthless company, total rip offs!

"Pretty much higher end IKEA furniture"
Pretty much higher end IKEA furniture. I am highly disappointed for the money spent. I will be canceling my order for a chair from them. I bought an expensive Harrison desk, and it was missing parts and had broken parts that weren't from shipping. Customer service was decent, but their production and shipping are garbage for *HIGH END* furniture. Avoid this if you're looking for nice furniture. Note that the veneer is decent. MDF construction on a $2500 desk is laughable. Could not finish the desk, as the top wasn't aligned correctly with the legs, pictures attached. Pretty much a joke brand that pretends to be high end. It's missing parts and broken parts when I received the desk. Good luck when ordering from this place.

"CAVEAT EMPTOR - Do NOT Buy From Zuri Furniture"
My fiance and I purchased a high-end (approximately $800) desk chair in 2022. While this constituted a huge financial outlay, we considered this an investment... the last desk chair we would ever need to buy him.
Well... like an automobile made in the 1990s or a refrigerator made in the 2000s, this chair seems to have been produced under the principle of planned obsolescence... since here we are, in 2024, with a chair that substantially fell apart. I reached out to Zuri and spoke with a representative named Aldo, who was highly responsive but -- ultimately -- unable to stand behind the product since the one-year warranty had expired.
Rather than being offered a replacement, I was offered the opportunity to buy another chair with a $400 discount.
While we made a mistake buying the first chair, we now know better -- and will not spend good after bad.
Zuri -- you pretend to sell high-end products, but in reality, you are just peddling commodities... that I can buy for far less elsewhere.
** ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: 9/13/2024 **
Zuri sent me a an email on August 27, 2024, similarly accusing us of putting an "excessive amount of stress or strain" on the arm of the chair. I responded to Aldo, of Zuri, as follows with respect to that allegation:
"Kindly note that we are well aware that the warranty period expired. This is exactly why I seek to warn potential buyers... because whether this obsolescence is planned or unintentional, no one should ever spend more than $800 on a chair that will give out shortly after the warranty period ends.
So let me be clear -- my concern is not that the purchase warranty was not honored. My point is that this product quite literally fell apart shortly after the warranty period ended, and Zuri seems to have no interest in doing anything other than exhaling a giant sigh of relief that it can decline our very reasonable request for a refund.
Contractual compliance, however, does not equate to ethical conduct.
I would also like to address this portion of what you wrote:
"I would also point out that the photos that were provided to us show much more than just a screw that sheared off. Given that the photos show a large piece of the leather surrounding the armrest area was also ripped downward, it appears that there was an excessive amount of stress or strain put onto the armrest."
And, to be clear -- it was the sheared bolt that caused the damage to the leather on the chair, as well as the material underneath that leather. My fiancee lives with a permanent disability resulting from a huge swath of his back muscle being surgically removed as a result of flesh-eating bacteria and sepsis -- surgery which he only had a 50% chance of surviving (I would be happy to send pictures of his disfigured upper back as evidence of his permanent disability.) He barely has the strength to swing a golf club occasionally; exerting the degree of pressure required to sheer a metal bolt is far outside his physical capabilities -- even when he was at the height of his physical fitness prowess during the years he served as a cadet at West Point, as a military officer in Europe, and as a Company Commander during the first Gulf War.
Kindly also note that my fiance holds a degree in engineer and thus has some knowledge of metallurgy, stresses, and loads.
Lastly, please note that we are empty nesters, and our dogs weigh only 11 and 20 pounds and have never been allowed on that chair. As such, there are neither children nor canines on whom to blame this catastrophic product failure.
Rather, responsibility and blame rest solely with Zuri.
Accountability, however, appears to be a concept wholly out of reach.
All I am left with is the ability to warn others about your deceivingly luxurious, yet ultimately substandard, product.
And warn them I shall.
We are just grateful that the bolt sheered the chair, rather than my fiance's arm. Had that happened, we would be having a very different conversation."
Again - CAVEAT EMPTOR, as we consider next steps.

"Better late than never"
After four months, my prepaid furniture was moved into my home today by the superb Elite Moving. It's of high quality. Credenza under TV took two hours to assemble. It's not for the faint of heart. Loveseat and two swivel chairs are somewhat larger than expected. Measure your space and furniture sizes carefully. If you are empty nesters or singles/couples w/out children and love the looks of sleek, modern style, you will love it. The furniture isn't meant to be a plaything for kids and pets. As to quality and value, I would put Zuri's goods at a five-star level. I downgrade it three due to dreadful customer service and interminable delay. When I finally see the furniture in place, I guess it was worth it.
