He is an asset to the company and should be promoted as he’s got some of the best communication skills Iv seen. Do not buy a car from this company unless you’ve got good breakdown cover or like to see it parked on your drive with a dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree & fight to reject the car because they tried to continually stick plasters over major problems! Glad to see the back of the car & their useless excuse of customer service. Never again… you have been warned.
