Would score these a zero on current present experience! No one is answering the plus 60 calls I have made over the last two days. Multiple emails, texts, instant message (if they think I’m interested in a car buy, they pay attention though!). So maybe this may be the best route for getting some response?
Despite present major issue, have another view to share …if and only once I get a resolve.

Have a problem with our car bought less than a month ago, called various times and left voicemails, emailed and done the online chat since yesterday and still no response

Just purchased a car from them, only to find a week or so later that it has a large oil leak.
No responses when calling their after sales team.
Calling the sales team results in the call being dropped completely without even being able to leave a message.
Now considering what legal options I need to pursue.

Bought a car from dealer and when i recently had it MOT’d, it was missing the DPF. Not cut off, but the vehicle they sold me didnt have a DPF and they failed to make me aware at the time. After contacting their customer care i was completely blanked with “we are unable to assist with this matter” and denied all liability. Due to no responsibility taken from them i have had to go to trading standards as i have been driving this vehicle for a few years unaware that it was unroadworthy. Not happy at all as they have put me at criminal risk

I just want to say a massive thanks to Corey. At jj premium cars . What a guy he has more patience than a saint bless him. I had to work the day I was picking my car up ...I live in hull and car was in Peterborough 2 hours 15 mins. My partner and I didn't get to premium car until 5 clock. They close at 5.30 . But after all the form signing and money transfers. We didn't leave until 6.30 . I really appreciate what you did for me my tax and insurance we sorted out in his office. I would definitely recommend these guys if you want a new car ...once more Corey thank you . From Tracy blue corsa ...but I really think you know me lol from a very happy pain in the neck
