I had earmarked several cars to look at in the Peterborough area back in late June 2024.
I had a long day of looking at cars. I contacted JJ Premium Cars to look at a Mazda. Viewings are by appointment and despite the lateness in the afternoon an appointment was promptly arranged and I made my way over there.
The premises are in a pleasant and quiet location with plenty of space to look at the vehicles, which I found not to be the case everywhere else, with cars jammed into the tightest of spots, so it’s really difficult to look around them, let alone get them out for a run. I was met by Lucy who was very professional, pleasant and helpful. I had a test drive in the car, again, in the spacious and rural location, this was stress free. There is loads of parking for one’s own vehicle.
I decided to go ahead with the purchase, and as I had planned to return to Scotland the next day with the car, Lucy and the company really pulled out the stops to check the car, service it, rectify any faults found, and MOT it ready for the journey. All was done with excellent communications at all times and I’m very grateful for the extra efforts that all made, allowing me to drive home that afternoon/evening.
The experience I had at JJ Premium Cars was excellent and as I was a long way from home and in an unfamiliar area the kindness and efforts by the Lucy and the Staff I greatly appreciated. I felt they really went the extra mile for me.
Although offered a warranty I declined this due to the age of the car, and it’s value. Warranties are available for all purchases. Transactions were made in a pleasant environment and there is a comfortable waiting area, with complimentary tea/coffee & water. The car has performed very well and as expected for a car of its age and mileage. So far so good, it’s always an anxious time buying a new used car. I have to say that because of my very positive experience with JJ Premium Cars I would make the long journey to beautiful Lincolnshire again to purchase from them. Thank you very much to Lucy and all for such a 5 star experience.

I decided it was the car for me and collection was arranged 4 days later when the valeting was superb. Job done!!

Their "aftersales team" doesn't exist, communication is non existent. It's been 3 weeks now since they've had the car back to fix issues and I've heard from them once in that time. I have to phone through to sales to talk to anyone, but then all I'm told is "oh I'm sorry to hear that there's nothing I can really do about it". Like they can't be arsed to sort anything as its only one customer out of hundreds.
