Typical used car sales garage, make it sound like they are giving you a little extra or going the extra mile, but underneath the fake smile and welcome hand shake they are just after your hard earned cash.
I asked for a couple of bits of work to be carried out like having the silver alloys sprayed black, all I got was the front of the alloys done and even at that it looks like the work was done with the wheels still on the car …. Radio volume on the steering wheel didn’t work so when I was shown it working at the garage it looked like it had been resolved and was working …. Until I got home and adjusted it again and BAM …. You guessed it, now it doesn’t work again.

Would never go to these again.
The sales staff were friendly and didn't hassle us. We asked for a couple of things to be done before we brought the car and these were done within a couple of days with the exception of the fuel tank protection plates which were rusted and bits missing. Was told the missing bit was where the jack would go. This was a blatant lie as whom would put a jack onto the fuel tank.
3 weeks after buying the car , there were a number of issues with the car.
The car went back to JJ premium under their 30 day warranty. Initially they were ok but then we could never get an answer about how the work was going and when we will get the car back. The guy in customer care is about as much use as a fart in a spacesuit. He would tell us bits had been fitted / replaced then a week late tell us the part has been ordered. We tried countless times to call him but he hardly ever got back to us . We ended up calling the sales team and as good as they were , didn't always get to speak to him then.
We went over to JJ premium to find out what was happening and after speaking to him and 2 people from the garage, we're still non the wiser.
Eventually after 3.5 weeks we did get the car back and the work was done. Looking at the invoice they spent 4.8 hrs on the car.
If all goes well after buying a car from these, you'll have a good experience, BUT if you have a problem and it goes back to them, I wish you good luck, you'll need it

Before buying the vehicle, the customer service was really good. However after buying the car, it was terrible. I've called them hundreds of times but they never pick up. I've traveled over 150 miles to try reach out to them and still they don't care to give help.

But after care horendous
Took Q5 TO AUDI and they said car was not road legal with suspension shot and MMI unit not working.
Took car back fitted it in and they changed the MmI unit but forgot
To do suspension work.
Once got home the reverse camera does not work and also no Bluetooth or car play working so had to now rebook car in the garage that jj use is mechanic man on the same compound.
Trying to get JJ to call you back is also a nightmare.
I'm at point now where I'm thinking of returning the car under finance consumer rights.
