Just a heads up the after sales is shocking
I have had to put new wipers on the car as the ones on the car were not clearing front or the rear windscreens (Bosch wipers £29)
I have had to put oil in the car as the correct amount was not added at service £14 1ltr of oil
Now the car needs a new battery which they are trying not to pay for fully, they have offered me £40 the insurance will pay £150 the new battery is going to cost £273 leaving a shortfall of £83 I have sent them the estimated bill.
The car failed to start the day after I purchased the car so I think they were fully aware of the issue.
This is shocking I live an hour away and work shifts, yet if I go back they will fit a new battery
but are unwilling to pay the difference what a con.
All this should have been checked before I picked the car up!!
I was put under pressure to give a glowing 5⭐️ review as I would be entering into a prize draw but feel people should know the truth
Just to say the car itself is lovely it’s a shame the garage let itself down with shocking after sales team that also you can never get hold of.

Recently purchased a vehicle from jj premium cars, the service was very good prior to the sale. The staff are very friendly, Brad especially who was our sales person and Troy was also very helpful too. I was blown away by how they went above and beyond!! HOWEVER, unfortunately after sale it ends there. From the day of purchase we had contacted regarding issues arising with the car and was told they cannot deal with the after sales side and somebody would call. 6 long months of calling and emailing and still being told that somebody will call. We have a car with a massive bill as it is not road worthy and we cannot use it as it is and still failing to speak to anybody from jj premium cars regarding any of this as all you will get from them is the right department will call you. I am very disappointed I have a son who needs to get to regular hospital appointments and I did address my concerns when purchasing it as I need to have reassurance the car would be ok. I even got warranty all of which covers nothing that is wrong with the car.

"Jaguar XE purchase"
Phoned yesterday and spoke to Lucy to enquire about a Jaguar XE. It’s a 400 mile round trip so wanted a form of agreement in principal in place before making the long drive. PX price was agreed over the phone so made the trip today up to there showroom. Lucy greeted us and within an hour the previously mentioned agreement was honoured and we were driving off in our new car, no hard or pressurised sale like other larger car sales companies. Would highly recommend to any one who wises to purchase a new car, some very nice prestige cars available for same day drive away. Thank you Lucy you are a credit to JJ Premium Cars.
