To start with all was fine. Until problems with the car.
Car started to show errors in the management system and telematics system.
Dealer fobbed me off onto the warranty co who were next to useless.
At the time of the sale I was told how wonderful and comprehensive the warranty was. It’s not!!!
It was my mistake not to have returned the car to the dealer immediately.
Despite that I feel totally conned!
There are plenty of other dealers- go to them would be my recommendation. If you do buy from them- don’t trust a single thing they say and look very closely at the car because they will cover up anything they can get away with.
Oh, and don’t believe the positive reviews, they bribe you at point of sale with entering you into a draw for a positive review!!!!

"Lack of aftercare and poor mechanics"

The sales men themselves were fab on the day of purchasing our car in August. The valeting on the car was not up to a very good standard and on further investigation when getting the car home there were crumbs and marks which had been missed in lots of areas. The after care team have not been useful or helpful at all. The feeling of they don't care since they got the sale definitely stands out. No one ever answers the phone for the after care team nor returns your phone calls. I was offered a disgusting amount towards the valeting to be completed at my home which I turned down. I have since had various items gone wrong with the car which my mechanic has said is down to JJ premium not carrying work they said they had. Also a rated garage should complete certain checks on the car which we don't think have been completed as other items would have been replaced. Because of this I did not trust the garage to complete any work on the car as they clearly hadn't done it the first time. I paid out over £350 to get these items repaired. After I spoke with the after care team who again have not been helpful or apologetic in helping me deal with these issues and pay out I have had to make. I would not recommend buying a car from this garage due to their customer service and attitude towards their customers once the sale has gone through.
