this is nothing more than chatgpt. The chatbot you’re thrown in with promised an actual human would call to help answer a quick tax question. The bot said i’d be charged a one time fee of $5. But then they tack on a $55 monthly membership as well. The human accountant never called & now aim supposed to pay $55/mo for AI garbage answers that i can get for free already? Horrible service, trying to make money off A.I., without offering anything of value.

You access this service by a bot who takes your info plus what you require. I wanted a medical consult with a prescription valid in France. There did not seem to be a problem with this, I was asked to join for 45 euros which I was assured was fully refundable. Turns out prescriptions cannot be issued. When I asked for a refund everyone suddenly disappeared. Luckily, Paypal refunded my money.
