They didn't help me resolve my issues all they wanted was $5 to answer my question.

I've used this website for a service last September, accidentally, and they have automatically enrolled me for a membership and withdrawn money (29,99 Euro monthly) via paypal. This feels like betrayal to me, as I didn't want to be enrolled (I principally never enrol in contracts like this one, and I can't remember to have done so!). It would be more than fair to get my money back.
