Please avoid at all costs, they just want your money without providing any substantial service. After paying the initial 3 day fee I was redirected to Venn, who prompted me to have chat pay but in order to do that I had to pay another extra £49. I informed him I was not able to chat and asked if he would be able to give advice via chat box. Needless to say he never responded.
