Great service however the $45 monthly membership was not clear to me when I put in my CC information. I hate dishonesty. When I inquired about refund the agent mentioned it was on the payment page but it was small and I missed it. Literally tried to get a refund minutes after seeing the charge.

Our machine is apparently too old to even pull up a manual of the specs on it so the decision is basically to check into anew machine. I want to be sure we are only charged the $5 stated and we are not signed up for a monthly fee going forward. The experience was a good one.
