Found an old Corporation Grant Deed and wanted to find out if it is still valid. In no time was I given information that the deed was valid. However, I would need to contact the County Records office to see if it was deeded to someone else. Great lead to my question.

Updated: called in to find out this a membership charge! I did not receive any confirmation of agreeing to a membership, if it was there when I signed up for my questions to be answered it was not clear! I would not have used this service if I knew it would charge this.
It’s non-refundable and I’m really not happy with how hidden this process was.

I had my questions answered for $17 and was very happy. Now I’ve just seen they’ve taken $85 out of my account, they haven’t sent me a bill of any kind, I have no idea what it’s for.
I can’t get through to any customer service help because of course, to ask a question you have to pay!
Does anyone know what may have happened here? I went from being very satisfied to completely unsatisfied. I was recommending this service to others, but I will un-recommend this service if there are surprise charges.
