"My worst experience with CBQ Bank "

My experience with CBQ Bank has been beyond frustrating. They consistently deduct money from my account under vague titles like "service charges" or "insurance," without any prior notice or explanation. When I try to reach their call center for clarification, it’s a complete waste of time – they either don’t answer or keep you on hold forever.

To make matters worse, their customer agents push credit cards on you with almost no clear notifications about the terms, and before you know it, you're hit with endless penalties. It's a relentless cycle of unfair charges and poor communication. This bank operates with deceptive practices and lacks any real customer support. Stay far away from them!

Horrible bank!! to work with this bank pretends to be developed, but has less developed infrastructure with unclear vision and mission, toxic work culture and has record level of micromanagement & gasconade, promotes noxious and loony, manipulative , narrow minded jealousy pple, emotional leeches and nepotism at its peak, followed by office politics, unfair treatment, gossip, great in making up stories and experts at blame shifting also lacks human decency. Experts in stealing all your ideas, presentation, money, credit in the work you do for their own sake while your contributions at work go unnoticed also there are bunch of crooks and their besties in the bank who will get all the benefits every year from the bank and if you get into their favorite books then so called (besties and bunch of jester) will decide who to be promoted and who will get salary increase so on etc
Jester and their besties will have all the fun and benefits from the bank every year and also there family members, pals, relatives will get to join the bank with so much of benefits,
And the rest of the people are treated with abuse, lack of respect, bullying so on etc

CBQ is constantly steeling my money.
I payed 150 USD online for my booking in Agoda and Agoda cancelled it. Agoda returned my money, but CBQ never return it to me.
Then I payed 150 Rial for QDC card extension for Qatar Airway and they also cancelled my payment and returned my money, however CBQ did not returned my money.
Also CBQ withdraw numerous times from my account for Uber trip however I did not order that trip.
I fed up with this bank and going to close my account there and transfer to another bank.
Steeling is normal for them, and Customer Service Representative even do not shy about it. Customer service is the worse I ever seen.

The security is one of the big boss in CBQ, they will answer all your queries in a blink of an eye with big “NO” and “Not Possible”.

When you visit the branch after getting the appointment schedule after 3 days or 5 days or some times more than 7 days, then they will an arrogant face and treat you like a street dog as if we are there to beg them.

After you get in with all the struggles then the customer service agent will tell without even listening it is not my problem or it is unknown or it is management decision.

I have my corporate account with really high balance, but still could not transfer more than 5K$ out of Qatar, when I ask how to pay for our supplier their answer is very simple “I don’t care you do business or not”

It is not easy to transfer the corporate account to another bank.

If anyone is looking to open a corporate account with CBQ please think not twice as many time as possible.
