"Worst customer service ever"

Worst customer service ever

I forgot my debit card in the bank, just half our after they called me to take it back.
when i came back two days after no one assisted me, just security telling me we don't have it and asked me to comeback in the evening to check with PM Shift ! how come there is no communication !
when i came back i found one qatar who did not even allow us to enter because inside was crowded when i told him my concern he just asked me to print new one it's for free, however i did not want a new one i just wanted mine since they called ne twice to go back and collect it why no one wants to give it to me !
I came back for the third time and the same the security agent asked me to just print new, which i did at the end because i was tired of the laziness of this people, at the end i was charged for 50 QAR!!!
why i should pay 50 riyals if i did not lose it just these people they don't want to assist me and give me my card !!!!

the best i asked one of the agents how much i will be charged if i use my card in another country because i'm planning to travel the answer was the best : of course you will be charged but i don't know how much !

Please do a proper training to your staff and security his job is to ensure security not giving wrong information or being lazy to assist people

"poor service and information : Wasted 3 hr for nothing"

at villago mall branch,i had to wait for almost 1 hr for getting the token.
Afrer getting the token while waiting aprx another 1.30 hr, i was told by an emplyee that "no use of waiting as branch will be closed before my turn coming..."
So i left and ontheway to my home received the mssage from bank saying "i would be servered after 3 peoples and come to bank if i was outside" .
Again came and i was told by security that no use of that msg and sent back..

Almost 3.5 hrs wasted

Customer service very bad, waiting for endless hours for turning my number (waiting list 2 or 3 customers)
Why not appointed more customer service executives to delay customers waiting and wasting their time.

"This bank has stolen my money"

This bank has made my account dormant without telling me and are withholding my funds. They have made it impossible to get my money back. I have contacted them numerous times, and having followed their instructions have sent them a written letter with my details. This was ignored. I then contacted their helpdesk again, and they instructed me to send an email to their customer service address that was given to me. I did this on numerous occasions and they ignore my emails. They have not even the basic courtesy to even acknowledge the receipt of emails.

This withholding of my funds is theft by this bank.

I don't know what more to do to get hold of my own money. I may need to resort to legal action. This is a disgraceful, despicable bank which treats its customers like dirt. No decent company would ever operate like this. Please do not trust them with your money.

"A bank that will make you sick"

I've been a client for this bank since years. I haven't been satisfied any single time.
Each visit, each phone call, each time you needed anything you'll come out of total disappointment.
The only thing they do well is wasting your time.

"I would like to comment about the lady…"

I would like to comment about the lady whose on the reception date: 21 January 2024 time 5:55 in the afternoon and she’s black wearing abaya, it’s like she’s very lazy assisting customers and I ask her to help me but she’s not even accommodating and she don’t help me at all, instead of her told me to go to customer service she advised me that there are too much people and just use the app and use the machine but I tried that and tell it to her nothing happened so I told her the app is not working , she gave me a very bad face so I told her I don’t mind waiting as long as the customer service help me.. I hope you can make proper action for those people on the front instead of them trying to help us who needs assistance I think what is more important to this lady is to check on her red nails.. a good posture, good smile and a good communication is what we need in the front and someone is willing to help, not this kind of lady who looks very sleepy and not attentive.

"It doesn’t deserve even one star…"

It doesn’t deserve even one star review. Very bad corporate customer service and the employees in corporate office in Grand Ahmad banks street branch are very poor and doesn’t know how to do their work well , they delayed me 2 month due to their mistakes and careless about our application of opening our company bank account , very bad experience with unprofessional employees
